David ‘The Jews’ Ward has been accepted back into the Liberal Democrats, after he was finally sacked in 2017 for his “deeply offensive and antisemitic” comments. Despite this, Ward has in recent months been campaigning for the party.

Previously the Lib Dems refused to kick him out when he said he would fire rockets at Israel, when he mocked the #JeSuisJuif hashtag at the time of the Kosher supermarket murders, ranted about “the Jews” on Holocaust Memorial Day, compared Israel-Palestine to the Holocaust, and attacked the Home Affairs inquiry on anti-Semitism.

It was only after Ward blamed the west for the murder of PC Keith Palmer, and wrote a 15,000 word thesis on “the influence of the Israeli lobby on the British political system” that he was finally booted out. Given the Lib Dem’s refusal to crack down on him for years on end, perhaps it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that they let their odious former MP back in…

The ultimate ignominy for David “The Jews” Ward, who has been forced off a school governing body after parents complained about his conduct. Ward plays his tiny violin on Facebook:

“Tonight at the first meeting of a new Governing Board for a Secondary school that is in dire need of improvement I was sacked as a Governor because of “complaints from some parents”. I wasn’t told what they were but I think we can all guess… I hoped to become Chair of this new Governing Body but was told that the other Governors would not stay in the room if I insisted on remaining.”

“David Ward’s comments are an affront to the victims of the Westminster attack. He absolutely does not speak for the party and we disassociate ourselves completely from his remarks.”

You’d have hoped David “The Jews” Ward’s career was over when he lost his seat at the last election. Alas not. The LibDems, shamelessly even by their low standards, refused to boot him out of the party. Knowing Ward’s views on ‘Zionists’ are popular among sections of the Bradford electorate, the LibDems – while criticising Labour over their anti-Semitism scandal – quietly appointed him as their parliamentary spokesman for the city. Now they have selected him as their candidate there. If Labour get completely creamed it is not impossible that Ward could make it back to parliament. Remember this the next time the LibDems ever take a stand on discrimination…
