Bowling Season Preview

2022 Women's Bowling Season Rewind
  • Last season, the Falcons had seven top-five finishes. The team placed second at the Orange & Black Classic, Buckeye Baker Bash and BGSU Falcon Classic. Notre Dame took third at the Raider Classic and American Heartland Bowling Association. NDC came in fifth place at the Welcome Back Tournament.
  • At Sectionals, the Falcons wrapped up the campaign in 12th.
  • Head Coach Dave Johnson is entering his first season leading the Falcons and in his first year as the coordinator of bowling operations. Johnson coached the Ohio State University club bowling team in 2021 and 2022, guiding the team to a national collegiate club championship, while garnering the Ohio Bowlers Conference women's Coach of the Year award. 
    
2022 Men's Bowling Season Rewind
  • Last season, the Falcons finished with five top-five finishes. The best performance of the year came at the BGSU Falcon Classic in November, where NDC took home the first place trophy. The team finished in second place at the Buckeye Backer Bash and came in fourth place at the Warhawk Open and the American Heartland Bowling Association. They placed fifth at the Orange & Black Classic and Scotty Classic.
  • At Sectionals, the Falcons placed 10th.
  • Head Coach Paul Ashby is entering his 9th season at the helm. In 2016, Ashby led the Falcons to a third-place finish at the USBC Intercollegiate Sectional Championships and a National Championship appearance that same year. In 2017, the Falcons were ranked sixth in the country and the team qualified to compete at the Intercollegiate Team Championship in Baton Rouge, La.
