Level 9 Classic – April 2024, Chicago, IL

Experience the thrill of victory with our phenomenal gymnastics team, who recently soared to unprecedented success at the Level 9 classic. 13 dedicated gymnasts traveled to Chicago for the first qualifying event of the season. An astounding 7 athletes have secured their spots in the Elite Qualifier, including Rachel Liang, Sima Gilbert, Amberly Liu, Mia Pu, Linda Petersen, Tova Hayete, and Kalina Mihova. This monumental achievement not only marks a historic milestone for our team but also stands as the greatest accomplishment by any team in the Level 9 classic. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating the immense pride and joy we feel for our exceptional athletes and coaches. Our team, composed of vibrant young talent, exemplifies strength and determination, reaffirming the value of our program in nurturing the next generation of gymnastics stars. Regional Championship level 6-8, Brooklyn NY

Embark on a journey of excellence as we recount the thrilling victories of our Level 7 squad in the latest competitions. At the OK Rhythmic Empire Cup, our star athlete, Emma Batsevitsky, shone brightly, clinching numerous titles with her remarkable performances.

As the Regional Championships approached, Emma’s unwavering dedication and stellar season-long track record propelled her to qualify for the Developmental Championship, securing the 6th position and earning her well-deserved spot on the Regional Team. Emma, we are immensely proud of your achievements!

But the accolades don’t end there. Emma Yang, another standout talent from our team, secured her place in the Level 7 Classic Championship, where she will proudly represent Nely’s School. Claire Zhao and Erin Frankel demonstrated incredible skill, narrowly missing out on qualification by a hair’s breadth, showcasing the fierce competitiveness within our team.

While Celine Li faced tough competition on day two, her spirit and determination continue to inspire us all. Looking ahead, Emma Batsevitsky is set to soar even higher, representing Nely’s School at the National Championship for Level 7 in sunny Florida this June, while Emma Yang will dazzle at the DVP Championship in Illinois. Regional Championship Level 4-5 Hyde Park MA

Our youngest team participated in the Regional Championship, April 6-7. The team competed very well and made us very proud. Mila Batsevitsky and Mary Zhou became regional champions. Mila did a clean sweep in her age group and Mary won the hoop routine in her age group.

Special congrats in order to our fabulous Mila Batsevitsky who is the silver grand champion in the whole level 4 field of 73 girls! Wonderful work Mila, we are so proud of you!
As the regular season comes to an end for most of our girls, we want to express our gratitude for our coaches Tova, Zoe and Dina for their unwavering dedication and support. Welcome to level 5 girls⭐️

We want to wish the best of luck to Mila, Ellie, Mary, Elaine, and Marissa as they head to Illinois for Level 4-5 Classics next month!

Coaches Cup – Syracuse NY

At Nely’s School of Rhythmic Gymnastics, excellence isn’t just a goal; it’s a tradition. Once again, the gymnasium reverberated with cheers and applause as our athletes showcased their talent at the recent Coaches Cup 2024. This competition wasn’t just another event; it was a testament to the dedication, hard work, and skill of our gymnasts, led by our exceptional coaching staff.

Linda Petersen emerged as a shining star, capturing the spotlight with her remarkable performance. With an awe-inspiring display of agility and precision, Linda secured not one, not two, but an astounding four gold medals. Her clubs routine, earning her the highest score of 29.050. Linda’s dominance extended beyond her individual achievements; she clinched victory in the Hopes category and left her mark by placing 7th out of 105 level 9 gymnasts, both junior and senior combined.

Following in Linda’s footsteps was Sima Gilbert, whose consistency and unwavering determination propelled her towards another successful competition. Her performance earned her the prestigious Miss Future Hope award, a testament to her potential and promise in the world of rhythmic gymnastics.

However, it wasn’t just Linda and Sima who stole the show; our junior lineup radiated brilliance, demonstrating the unparalleled quality that defines Nely’s School. Rachel Liang, Lidia and Julia Fedor and Claire Tang completed the Junior Line up. Claire also scored a personal best with hoop and clinched a bronze medal. Tova Hayete represented in the senior level and also delivered strong performances, especially with her iconic clubs routine.

The success at Coaches Cup 2024 isn’t merely about medals and accolades; it’s a reflection of the collective effort, perseverance, and spirit of the entire Nely’s School community. From the coaches who inspire and guide our athletes to the parents who provide unwavering support, every individual plays a pivotal role in our triumphs.

MA State Championship

Congratulations to the entire team for an extraordinary achievement at the State Championship! A special commendation to Linda Petersen for not only securing the title of Level 9 Hope Champion but also claiming third place across all Level 9 athletes in a field of 35. Linda’s remarkable feat as the State Champion in three events and the all-around category is truly commendable.

Kudos to Marina Podgoretsky for becoming the ribbon champion and achieving the 5th highest score in ribbon among the talented group of 35 athletes. Mia Pu’s outstanding performance, earning her the title of State Champion with the ball in her age category and securing the third-highest score overall, adds another layer of success to the team.

Let’s also recognize the excellent performances of Julia Fedor with the hoop, Sima Gilbert with clubs and ribbon, and Kalina Mihova with clubs. From Level 3 to Level 9, every athlete’s dedication and hard work contributed to the team’s success. Philly Love Cup

Congratulations to the entire team on an outstanding performance at the Philly Love Cup! Your dedication and hard work have truly paid off. A special shoutout to Rachel Liang for emerging victorious in level 9, Sima Gilbert for conquering the Junior A category and Tova Hayete for winnong the level 9 Senior category. Emma Batsevitsky for became the champion in level 7, and Mila Batsevitsky secured the top spot in level 4. Additionally, Callie Jin’s triumph in level 3 adds to the team’s impressive achievements. Orlando Cup

Celebrate the outstanding achievements of Rachel Liang from Nely’s School, as she emerged as a true star at the Orlando Cup in Florida. Rachel not only secured the Level 9 Junior 2010 title but also clinched an impressive four gold medals in her age group. Her exceptional talent and dedication were further showcased as she secured a remarkable second place among 100 gymnasts in the challenging ribbon category. Rachel’s success exemplifies the commitment to excellence at Nely’s School, and we applaud her for her remarkable accomplishments on the gymnastics stage.

Highlighting the remarkable achievements in the Level 7 category at the Orlando Cup, Juliana Yin from Nely’s School demonstrated her skill by securing the highest position with a well-deserved third place finish. Adding to the glory, Emma Batsevitsky showcased her exceptional floor routine skills, claiming the coveted gold medal in the floor exercise and an impressive second place among all 71 floor routines.

In the Level 4 category Mila Batsevitsky not only showcased her talent but also brought home a remarkable achievement by securing three gold medals. Her impressive feat in the Level 4 category further emphasizes the depth of skill and excellence cultivated within the gymnastics program at Nely’s School.

Winter Cup, Tyngsboro MA, January 12-15, 2024

Winter Cup 2024 was an extraordinary showcase of talent, teamwork, and dedication, with our girls delivering an outstanding performance under the exceptional leadership of our Head Coach, Nely Bobrischew. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the hard work and commitment of every participant, from the youngest to the oldest, and across all skill levels. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to each individual who contributed to the success of our team.

The competition results of Winter Cup 2024 were nothing short of spectacular, with standout performances that left a lasting impression. Linda Petersen, our Level 9 Grand Champion, showcased unparalleled skill and determination, securing first place out of an impressive field of 59 gymnasts. Linda’s exceptional performance reflected her dedication and mastery of the sport. Additionally, Rachel Liang displayed remarkable prowess by not only winning her age group but also earning the coveted Best Execution Award. London Cup and Winter Stars in London, UK December 15, 2023

Our 5 of our level 9 girls participated in two competitions in the United Kingdom. This competition was a huge success for our team! Linda Petersen came back with 5 gold and one bronze and Miss Dance and Vice Miss London Cup. Victoria Kim brought back 3 golds and 2 silver medals and Miss Difficulty at London cup, Loulwa Aboulhoda, our international student from Egypt, who competes for our school and trains with us part of the year, won 3 gold medals and 3 silver medals and became Miss London Cup, Isabella Van Der Elst won 4 gold medals and Rachel Liang won 1 gold and 3 bronze medals and was awarded Miss Difficulty at London Cup. All the girls represented our school with poise and made us very proud.
