"When I started I was nearly 210 lbs, with a 38" waist, and would get winded climbing a flight of stairs. Today, less than a year later I am 175 lbs, I've lost 4 inches from my waistline, and my stamina and energy are greatly increased. Training with Professor Kim and his staff is the highlight of my week. The facilities are great -- clean, neat, and spacious. The staff is always professional and supportive, regardless of where you are in your training in terms of skill or physical fitness. The environment is extremely positive, and Professor Kim and his staff encourage and reinforce that environment to make training a great experience. There are places to train Jiu Jitsu closer to me, but the atmosphere of teamwork and friendship makes this place truly something special."
