The techniques, and especially the patience and great experience of Master Vincent makes the most complex move, so easy to learn. The atmosphere is clean, and family oriented. Who will you find here? From the young kids to a senior citizen, from a soccer mom to a fire fighter, to an account to a pilot. But don't be fool everyone is committed at their on level, the competition is with yourself and everyone helps everyone. It is like being in a big family, you learn, roll, sweat, and laugh together. A much, much better place to spend the evening than in front of the TV watching the news or novela."
