"This karate is great for all the family its non contact so need to worry if you are a complete beginner. The instructors are very good taking each student as an individual allowing for each persons strengths and weaknesses. The prices are very competitive and the first lesson is free just come along in some normal tracksuit bottoms for your first session and see if you like it. The fitness element is excellent too as I always find I try a little bit harder when theres a group of people rather than just running on the street."
