Susan did an AMAZING job with my Bichon/King Cavalier baby Max. He had super long, matted fur and so afraid of groomers. He looks so handsome now and I couldn't be more grateful. I think we found our forever groomer! Thank you so much Susan!!!

This place is an absolute gem! Susan is an expert groomer. When you meet her you instantly feel confident your dog is in great hands. My rescued Coonhound came with overgrown nails which can be painful and was affecting the way she walked.

Susan was so gentle and calm during the challenging nail trim. She was also very informative about how to maintain my dog's nails in the future and helped me schedule a follow-up visit. She shared other great tips and tricks for a new dog owner which made for an enjoyable educational experience, too.

I left with an adorable goodie bag of treats and a very happy prancing dog!

I wouldn't bring my mini schnauzer anywhere else, even if the price was better! Susan is the sweetest woman and does such great work with my dog. She listens to what I want and makes my dog look beautiful.
Susan is great about remembering her customers too. I'll call and she can remember my dogs name and breed off the top of her head. She is so great with too. She has a gentle touch and my dog loves going there. She knows exactly where we are when I pull up.
My dog gets a treat at the end to bring home and a cute bandana around her neck.

We were visiting Charleston for the weekend and decided to get our pooch groomed. He hadn't been to the groomers for months. This place did an awesome job! He got taken such good care of by the owner. Highly recommend!

Susan is great with our dogs and does a wonderful job. I'm always anxious about dropping off my children for a trim, but she makes everyone feel calm and she delivers back in spades.

I recently had to switch to a new groomer and found Susan from yelp. She is so knowledgeable! Did a thorough assessment on my Shih Tzu and pointed out what needed to be done for an effective groom! I was amazed by how much dedicated and pride she takes into her work and it shows. My baby has never been groomed this detailed and i was so please with the outcome! She checks for vaccines and asks specific questions to know what needs your dog may have. I have a peace of mind that my dog is in better hands now. Book early bc she getS booked fast! I'm so grateful she had a cancellation the day i needed her.

All I can say is thank you to Susan for working with my fur baby. My 8lb yorkie who is a rescue has a severe case of separation anxiety. Susan is the 2nd groomer I've tried in 1 yr & she is a keeper. She has offered advice & always greets us with a smile & positive attitude. And she & her staff does an awesome job with the grooming. I can't imagine what goes on behind the scenes, but the final product is cute & sassy!

I called to make a grooming appointment for my dog. Susan said she's only accepting certain dogs, which I took to mean no poodles or dogs with similar hair types. I was right. I have a schnauzer + poodle mix, and she said no.
