I had my son's birthday party here and he had a great time. We rented the basketball room and it was a good size. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I asked them if they could make me some pokeball pizzas and they did. Everything was great. Thank you!

This experience was horrible. The service sucked. People here were rude (must have changed management). The food is mediocre and very over priced. They have chased me down because I walked in with a bottle of water. This is after spending $60.00 on admission and another $60.00 on food. Will NOT be coming back.

This place is a joke, me and family sit down at a table brought a cake for my nephews birthday. Employee comes by about half an hour later, says we cannot sing happy birthday or eat cake unless we pay for a room minimum 30 mins. I understand about making money but the rooms in my opinion suck because they are closed off facing the opposite side of the trampolines. It's better to sit in the casual dining area.

I would give it a 3.5 if I could but honestly this place is rlly cute to go to with small children, even 12 or 13 year olds . I can see how a teenager or older child would find it quite boring here though . Overall it was a fun experience and the food there is veryyy good

I am so glad they opened up a place like this in the Valley. I took my toddler there for the first time over the weekend, and she had a blast! As mentioned, you do have to sign a waiver prior to jumping.
There is an area designated for "little jumpers" under the age of 4 which consists of trampolines and a pit of foam blocks. There was always a staff member present in the little jumpers area, and they were all alert, attentive and friendly. They serve beer, drinks and food in a small cafe and have party rooms available. We can't wait to go back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jessica R.El Centro, CA1249178Nov 14, 2017

The employees were too busy texting and flirting with other employees to notice me and several other people have been waiting to receive some service. They all seem so uninterested and lost. Ricochet needs to hire people who actually enjoy working and take their job seriously instead of being a bunch of lazy kids. It's also awfully filthy. I realized after my third time going and they take so long and always seem to get an item wrong or forget it. And when you tell them they don't seem to care at all. Sucks, this would be a amazing place if it wasn't for those flaws

This is a great concept and idea for our plain little valley but the trampolines can be dangerous for younger kids and toddlers there is one main jump pad that has all ages adults-babies jumping on it, I already witnessed a larger kid jump uncontrolled and almost crush a tiny child. While I was there in our two our jump window a teenager seriously injured her leg and had to be carried of the mats.
After jumping around for about an 1.5 hours one of my kids complained that her ankle was hurting and sore, you also sign a waiver in the event you get injured you cannot sue or seek legal action against the company. So your basically jumping at your own risk.
Since it is fairly new there is no real food or drinks all they have as of now is a tiny snack bar with chips and some candies and soda machines for $2 water bottles and sodas.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
