We are dedicated to helping ages 5 - 95 improve their health, strength, flexibility and cardiac stamina by teaching a practical and scientifically designed martial art. Additionally, we offer cardio kickboxing, self defense workshops and more! Gain Practical Self-Defense and improve your health in a 50 minute workout with friends and family. We offer 21 class opportunities per week with a flexible schedule that can change anytime "life" gets in the way and you need to pick a different day or time.
