Worst customer service ever. Ball selection is poor. Take your money and go elsewhere.

Great bowling alley, make sure to call ahead for availability. Good food and great atmosphere.

Clean and always fun! However the woman who works at the snack bar is rude and hostile. Not someone who shroud be working customer service. Her attitude alone is enough to have us choose another spot to bowl....

I took a large group from a college here for an event, and had called 2 weeks in advance to reserve lanes knowing that it would be busy on the weekend. When I arrived the lanes that we were going to utilize were still be occupied by a league. When I had called to reserve they had mentioned that we would be ready to bowl around 9:30pm. I waited until 9:45pm before speaking to someone again about the delay as the group was still at our lanes. I had asked the manager if it was possible to use other lanes that were open since had already been waiting. He said it would be inconvenient to do so since they would have to close a lane on either side of my group. Also our group, even though over the phone they had mentioned that the lanes were every other, had grouped all 30 ppl in my group one top of each other in 6 lanes.

While we were waiting I had asked the young gentleman working if we could get our shoes so that when the time came we would be ready to go. He said no and that we should do it all at once when we were ready. The manager did let us get them once I asked him. The younger gentleman was very rude and disrespectful and talking negatively about my group in front of us and to his other coworkers.

By 10pm we were still waiting and many other groups who had walked in were bowling before us, the group that had made the reservation. The manager, understandably didn't want to kick the group on our lanes out, but also did not provide any accommodation for us other than to wait. He also did not apologize once for the inconvenience of having to wait, which was a total of 45 minutes- 1 hour if you count the 15 minutes early I arrived prior to the rest of my group. Additionally, the bowling alley was overcrowded with people just hanging out and not bowling and many of the patrons were not wearing masks while traveling outside of their lane(if they were bowling).

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service received. Did not receive an apology or anything else for the inconvenience and was met with rude and disrespectful staff. I will never be utilizing this bowling alley again and will be telling my colleagues at the college to not use this venue as well.

I need a bowling teammate for the 2021-22 Sunday Stuver Spring Mixed League at Park Centre Lanes. We have 2 girls and a guy, so we need a guy OR a girl. Starts about mid-Sept. I was not impressed with this place. I used to go here all the time as a teenager and really enjoyed it then. But there is absolutely no organization there.

I was told by a friend that I should call ahead and reserve lanes because they fill up fast. So I called around 2:00 pm to reserve lanes for around 9:30 pm. The guy I talked to seemed to have no desire to help me out. I asked if I could reserve lanes and he told me that I should call back later and speak to someone who works the night shift. Then, I asked him if he thinks I need to reserve lanes or can I just walk in and he told me he doesn't work nights so he doesn't know.

So I called in around 6 pm and they told me that they don't reserve lanes. It's first come first serve. Why couldn't the guy tell me that before? So, we show up to the bowling alley around 9:30 pm because that's when open bowling begins. It was probably 9:40 I guess so we were a little late but I didn't think it would be difficult to get lanes. I go to the counter and they tell me that there's going to be an hour wait for 2 lanes. There were about 6 empty lanes that no one was using, but we couldn't use those because they were reserved. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We were going to leave but we had to wait for the rest of our friends to show up so we just waited for a lane to open up. We only waited about 15-20 minutes because the people with reservations didn't show up. We ended up having a really good time and had no problems the rest of the night. The bowling itself was fun, but the customer service is terrible.

Took my daughter for her 6th birthday and she had a blast. Very clean, good rates.

Had sons 7th birthday here yesterday. Party started at 3 but we had to wait on the other group who was ahead of us, so we started late ( about 15min) some of the lanes i reserved didnt get to finish their game which would have finished if we got our full hr of bowling. The room that the actual party was in was small maybe fit 20 people and i had 30 so people were standing and eating. The staff was not very friendly

Bowling is just like bowling anywhere else, but the old lady behind the bar has no clue what she is doing!

Clean, decent place.

The woman who works in the grill area is rude and hostile. She should be fired.
