been here for years, its all about the upsell and merch. they got too big and con not focus on the individual student rather their awesome contracts. app is complete waste of time and scheduling is a nightmare which constantly changes whenever they see fit. not willing to work with single parent situations and the self employed. attempted and failed, their contracts are worth more than your student!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks i guess? im a local business too, grew up here love my community but not this

Avoid any contract with them.
They will find any way to charge you as much as they can and lie about stuff.

Make sure before you sign you read their long long contract. It is a 6 month contract and they are very particular about cancellation. They sell the lessons like used car sales people and don't care about what you want , it's all about the money, and used car people selling, don't sign or you will be on the hook for 6 months at $140 a month
