Any badminton enthusiasts would always think about playing badminton anywhere they go :) myself and family are not any exceptions lol. So we take a trip to Waikiki here and look up for Badminton Center around. Conveniently located the city center and people at the badminton center are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed it here.

Had a great time at this facility!
I paid a $15 drop-in fee and a $3 racket rental fee.
The owner warmed up with me and even taught me the correct way to pronate my arm! It felt like a private lesson and I really appreciate the time and effort he made to help me improve my game.
The facility has 3 courts, comfortable seats, and drinks to purchase.
Definitely going back the next time I'm in Oahu.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Da Russ L.Irvine, CA3183Sep 13, 2022
Never thought my family and I would play badminton during a trip in Honolulu! We just Google badminton courts and this place popped up. We went to the courts just for checking it out. The owner and other staff were very friendly. We went there with NEITHER rackets nor shoes. They offered all the equipments we needed and we enjoyed ourselves in this place!
The courts are nice and well maintained. The lights are good.
Very special memory for us!!!!! Will definitely go back next time!!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Grace N.Vallejo, CA20525205Oct 13, 2016
Currently in Oahu for a week and I decided to play some badminton. Initially, I was afraid to swing by to check out the gym but I got over my fears and went inside. There are three courts and everyone is extremely friendly! The courts are good with green mats, well defined lines, good white lighting, and straight/taut nets. I paid $10/day as I was not a member and just visiting. They have various drinks available (water, Gatorade, etc) and separate male and female restrooms that were not bad to use. I am not used to the humidity in HI so I was very sweaty in the gym but they have a few fans going on where players sit to wait. One side of the wall is for sitting with ample bench and seating areas.
The competition varied from D, C, and B levels. Everyone will have a turn to play and they will help you to set up a game if you're new. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly this gym was and I quickly made some new HI friends. It's really nice to come to a new place and you can connect with people through a mutual passion for badminton. Thanks, Honolulu Badminton Club for making my nights in Oahu awesome!Helpful 5Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 0 - Greg Y.Kailua, HI8785259Nov 7, 2015
What can I say? Functional badminton courts that are well kept. Located in an industrial area of Kalihi, the location features three courts, bright if not glaring lights, but not a whole lot of airflow. There are fans to circulate the air, but the facility is not climate controlled. There are restrooms and a refrigerator of drinks to purchase. Lessons are offered as well as membership. Or you can pay per session.
I've been playing with the senior group during the weekdays and as a beginner, these courts are more than good enough. While the parking lot is shared with other businesses, there's always parking availble during the days, not sure about nights.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Olga K.Vancouver, Canada06Sep 24, 2014First to Review
I discovered this club during my long vacation in Hawaii. I was spoiled from taking classes at a big and well know in Canada/ US badminton club so I didn't really have high expectations for this place. But by that time I was already addicted to badminton so I went there and ... got into hands of very experienced and mature coaches. :-) They had group lessons for my level (beginner) twice/week in the evenings which was ideal for me plus private lessons (affordable). You can purchase shoes/ rent a racket or play regardless what is your skill level. Players were very nice and friendly. The coach team was great. I figured this place is run by three friends (the coach team). They were very professional, helpful and very nice.
Be prepared that there is neither a/c, nor fans but other than that no complains. I had fun and learned much more that I expected for such short period of time.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
