Master Myers dedication and passion is shown through his instruction. He ensures each child meets new goals each testing cycle, is showing improvement with behavior (if needed), and is reaching their personal best with martial arts.

He is not only teaching the punching and kicking but important life skills to help the children succeed in life. When watching a class, you can see the students' strong discipline, listening skills, strong moves and confident voices. They are having fun too, which makes it easier to work in the discipline.

This is hands down the best martial arts school. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Master Myers!

Master Myers is a great teacher and the kids love him! It is such a positive place. When the kids "level up" or get a new skill, the whole room chants positive reinforcement. The strong students help the weaker ones (skill wise). Master Myers also teaches respect, manners, and enforces his rules with a gentle hand. The adult classes are also amazing. It's been too long since I learned something totally new, and my classes are just as positive. You can do this, try again, don't quit.... Over and over. If we could bottle the community in his space.... We need places and people like this teaching all of us.

Master Myers has been involved in our kids life since 2017. All 4 of them were able to train under him while he was running the ATA school in Lake Nona. You will not find a more upstanding man of integrity, discipline, and character anywhere in the world. My wife and I are so thankful for the values our kids learned from him over and over throughout the years. We were so sad to see him leave our school, but we are excited for the next group of people he is able to help in not only their martial arts journey, but in life's path as well. We give him our highest possible recommendation.

I highly recommend Master Myers' Tae Kwon Do program. Master Myers has done an excellent job and continues to do an excellent job mentoring children as well as adults. My son started when he was 3 years old and through the tutelage of Master Myers, he has grown to be recognized by his teachers as a leader, one of good moral values, showing respect to his teachers and peers, being trustworthy, and caring. His program instilled confidence and self-esteem, which he was able to take with him to school. Master Myers helped greatly with this by teaching the principles of Tae Kwon Do, living with the principles, and setting the example through doing. This program has instilled the confidence to handle himself if the need be but not to the point of being a bully. He knows the self defense techniques taught are for immediate danger and this is a lesson that is stressed in Master Myers' class. Finally, Master Myers is absolutely wonderful with children and is very cognizant of each child's unique traits. He exudes patience and a sternness that asks for respect and at the same time gives respect. He gives direction very clearly, he motivates his students to do their very best, and challenges them to strive to do even better than their best. Again, I highly recommend Master Myers' Tae Kwon Do program, it would be one of the best investments you could make toward your child's future.
