Welcome to Flip & Twist! We offer tumbling classes, private one on one sessions, clinics, gym rentals, competitive all-star cheer and more! We have been in the El Dorado Hills business park for 7 years. Our staff has over over 24 years of competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling experience and coaching. USASF Professional Member USASF Credentialed in Tumbling Levels 1-5

If you're looking for a top quality tumbling facility then look no further. Everything here from the latest equipment to the highest level coaching exists to train your athlete to be elite. The owner is a phenomenal gymnast, a wonderful coach and a great human being.
FNT is the place for both first time young kid tumblers to high school elite cheerleaders / stunt athletes.
They also have a new ninja training course for classes and birthday parties. Lots of different levels, interchangeable apparatus features and perfect for all ages!!!!!!

I absolutely love flip and twist! I have been tumbling there since I was 7 and Carrie taught me all my skills. She cares about the correct technique to help progress fast and safe!

Their coaches and Staff are truly the best at what they do!
Their comp cheer coaches Jeffrey and Mikel are phenomenal!!

Clean facility with tons of open space. Lots of class level and times available that work with my busy kids schedules

Patrick S.Rancho Cordova, CA098May 18, 2019Only been here a couple months with two of my girls and have seen a night and day difference between their skill level, confidence, team spirit, love of the sport etc. The coaches here don't just tell/yell them what to do, they show them what to do. Huge difference from others. All girls leave happy, all parents hanging out are happy, The overall atmosphere is amazing. To the point we LOVE to stay and watch (which is allowed). Great job Flip and Twist team. We look forward to an amazing year.

5 stars! The staff here is professional, talented and cares about keeping everyone safe. The owner, Carrie, is very involved and dedicated to her students and cheer team (and offers private lessons!) I'm currently learning my standing backhand spring and so far my experience at this gym has been excellent! Also, gym and equipment is very clean which is always a plus (:
