I have now had both my children in this dojo for quite some time. The staff has changed, but the curriculum has not. I was so impressed that I started taking classes and am currently in cycle for my Black Belt. Special thanks to Master Sensei Mike, Sensei Edgar, Sensei Steve and Lead Instructor Jenna Scott for working with me. I look forward to years of fitness with these fine instructors. Thank you again for the chance to train.

My two adorable children and myself are taking classes at this dojo. Under Elite instructors you can never fail. It's an awesome martial arts school where we get the privilege to train. Affordable prices and a great place for little ninjas birthdays . We just love it !!!

If you like Muay Thai and Kempo this school is great. This Is an honest review as was a student. Basically it is belt systems, uniform t shirts and GI with attendance cards which some people need to be motivated. I do not but its great for people that need to learn and workout. Do not be fooled by appearance your heart rate will jump. You will sweat and they do teach real Muay Thai but its up to you to learn it as group class. The owner is nice, the Senseis are really nice people but I left because I have my own gear and they want you to purchase theirs which was not a fit for me as you can only use this at their school which is not fair so I gave it 3 stars because the school would not accommodate. They stated for insurance reasons but its not a fight gym so not sure but either way if you do not have your own gear this is a really really good school and you will get in shape ASAP. Its up to you to practice your own moves too as they go over and over the technique but I see a lot of people are not grasping and some are but they do teach real Muay Thai stuff and you get to spar on your next belt.

Howard: I moved in in January 2014 and although I do not like Pompano coming from Boca a high end area god damn you give everyone a bad review from The Zoo where I go too which I heard you still go. Most of your reviews are not wrong but hell this one is wrong because I surely was not treated like crap these people smile all day long so you sound like a spoiled bratt get your money up and move to more richer area we are dealing w pompano and north Lauderdale do not mean to offend you but geez all your reviews are bad as f*k. You need to move to rich area with amenities like lifetime athletic club etc because you wont find that anywhere here.

Every Elite Force staff member treats you like family right from the start, and each one wants to see you succeed. If it weren't for the values instilled within me as a child here, I don't think I ever would have had the drive to become the successful young adult I am today. Having experienced both the junior and adult programs here at the dojo, I can say with full confidence that my life has certainly been changed for the better: mentally, physically, and emotionally. There is no place in the world where I'd rather train than right here with my family at EFMA.

My children have been a part of the EFMA family for almost 2 years. We love it. Shihan KC and her staff are talented, passionate and dedicated and have come to know my boys inside and out. As a result, they have learned focus, discipline, goal setting, self defense and grown their confidence immensely. We have been impressed by the way each instructor works closely with you to grow your child into not only a great martial artist, but also a great person. My children and I have made wonderful friends who we look forward to seeing every week; walking into the dojo is like walking into a family. We are so grateful to have EFMA in our lives.

My son has been going here for about a year. The instructors are great! They take a true interest in the development of your child. My son's focus and discipline have definitely improved and he's looking forward to earning his black belt.
