The only badminton club in the area. Could use some improvement if you ask me. I bought a 18 pack. The 8 pack has a short time limit to us up. Schedule change is common. If they change time it is the client's fault for not checking regularly. I suggest booking a class on the day of to prevent wasting a class and also to make sure the class is still on time.obviously they try to scare the clients by saying book ahead because there will be no space left but there is always space left.
Customer service is not there. I think they operate the Chinese way. Rude and to the point is the style.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 19, 20241 check-in
First time to a badminton club. The courts are well maintained and the admittance cost is $12 per person. My friend and I had to wait in line to play since all the courts were taken up. In order to get in line, you put your racquet(s) on the hooks nexts to the court you want to play. Overall, everyone is pretty friendly and willing to play doubles with you if asked.

If you're looking for the best badminton club in Chicago, look no further than this place! I've been a member here for a few months now, and I can honestly say that it's the most welcoming and enjoyable badminton club I've ever been a part of.
First off, the facilities are top-notch. The courts are always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is modern and in excellent condition. There's plenty of space to move around, even during peak hours, so you never feel cramped or crowded.
But what really sets this club apart is the range of programs and activities on offer. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, there's something for everyone here. The coaching and training sessions are fantastic, and the coaches really know their stuff. They're always willing to help you improve your game and offer personalized advice to help you reach your goals.
For more competitive players, there are regular tournaments and competitions to take part in, which are always well-organized and fun. And even if you're not a competitive player, there are plenty of social events and gatherings to attend, which are a great way to meet new people and build friendships with like-minded individuals.
Overall, I can't recommend this badminton club enough. The facilities are top-notch, the programs and activities are diverse and engaging, and the staff and coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. Good place to get your racquet on. Several courts, all but two are for doubles play. Gets full in the evenings.
Pro-tip: Always make a reservation when calling despite what they tell you on the phone.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tim H.Richardson, TX0397Jul 23, 2021
Been going for +3 years and my child has improved greatly thanks to the coaches that have unfortunately left egret. The place is poorly managed so expect to pay and then argue over credits with their zero communication of lesson cancellation or change. Turnover of coaches is high due to the same management.

Both my daughters took lessons here in off season throughout high school careers. They also participated many tournaments and camps. It's a great place to learn the basics. Highly recommended.
