Bowlero Old Town

I arrived at Bowlero Old Town at 7:45 PM, ready to kick off my partner's big birthday bash. After a month filled with hosting duties for my best friend and sister, this event for my partner was the grand finale of the year. I was buzzing with a mix of excitement and nerves, but as soon as I stepped in and joined the group events line, all my worries started to melt away.

Dan the site manager was the first to greet me, with a warmth that felt like a welcome hug. He not only introduced me to his fantastic team but also walked me through the ins and outs of the drink bracelets and arcade cards. He even braved the chilly Arizona evening to help me carry balloons, cake, and party favors from my car. Talk about going the extra mile!

Then there was Sara, our superstar host. She was like a guardian angel of the party, always there just when we needed her, making sure our glasses were full and our plates were never empty. When it came time for the cake, she was right there, lighter in hand, ready to help make the moment perfect.

I can't say enough about Sara and the whole crew at Bowlero. Their warmth, attentiveness, and knack for making everything just right meant the world to me. They turned what could have been just another party into a night we'll all remember fondly for years to come. A massive thank you to everyone at Bowlero Old Town for giving us such a fabulous time!

The price is right, the staff are nice, perfect location - BUT the pins are on strings!? It's how they pull them back into place and as a result, you get almost no pin action. Really hard to pick up spares here and play a true game as a result.

Love bowlero below Old Town. Great staff, food, & drink. Had a great time celebrating my birthday last night. Will definitely be going back.

Came here with my daughters soccer team. We had a team bowling night and the girls got endless snacks. The team manager set it up last minute and the employees were very helpful and nice. This bowling alley was really cool. I loved how the bowling balls were in specific groups. It was so much easier finding a ball. They have a bar and arcade. Everything turned out great. The girls and parents had a really good night.

They went above and beyond when hosting my family for a bowling night! The staff was so attentive and made us feel truly welcome.

Great family night at Bowlero. I recommend making a reservation it made everything so easy and they even had a cute sign up with our name when we arrived. The staff were all kind and helpful, felt like a family run business. We loved it and highly recommend!!

i reserved a lane online and we all had a great time. when we arrived, they had a sign with my name on it that lit up. it was a nice touch. The lane got stuck twice and they were super quick to adjust it. we orderd food and drinks and our server, sara, was always around to check on us. upon leaving, she handed me an envelope with my name on it and the staff all signed it and inside was a coupon for a free 2 hour bowling for up to 5 people. i wasnt expecting anything at all. we will be back.
