The babe and I enjoyed our night at Bowlero College Park! He had a Groupon that was set to expire that day! It was for 2 people to bowl with shoe rentals for 2 hours! We were greeted by some very nice young ladies and with the voucher, the check in process was seamless!
We received shoes and headed to our lane where we were greeted by our server, a young man named Micah! We ordered drinks and food; hand breaded chicken tenders and friend cauliflower! The chicken tenders were just alright but the cauliflower was amazing! My picking boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed them!
We played about 4 games in the 2 hour period! We honestly had a great time! The bowling alley was kinda busy but very clean and the staff were very attentive! I will definitely be back to enjoy again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I would not recommend coming here. Not only was the music extremely loud, but the employees were not helpful. Our tablet where we order food at (in your lane) was broken and we asked someone to look at it, no one did. We had to order our food at the bar, which smelled musty and honestly, questionable.
We accidentally left our vintage Polaroid camera there and when we called about it, they kept giving us the run around, including the manager, John, who kept insisting we call in the morning instead checking when we asked. We were left on hold for over 10 mins and had to call back to again, get the run around. When we called back the next morning, they were still rude to us and just not helpful. I know they get super busy, but they were just not helpful.

Bowling experience was ok. The bowling balls were damaged, but we had fun! Bathroom was clean enough. My problem was with the food. I could tell that the Garlic Parmesan Fries were not fresh. They just put hot butter atop cold fries along with the seasoning. They forgot our drinks until our food was half done. Also, the food took really long to come out even though the place was not packed.

So first of all I want to thank the staff at this bowlero location. But I want to specifically thank Manager Patrick
They were nothing but amazing. The bowling experience was well worth it , the staff was very respectable and professional. I was offered a different packages and bowling options
The location was clean and well taken care of.
I would give this massage location a 10 stars if I could and it should be high recommended when visiting Maryland or looking for a bowling experience .
I frequent this location but I have a concern for the employees that work their because people are hanging out in the parking lot as if it's a hang out spot smoking and playing loud music which is a safety concern for the employees getting off late so if they could ask pg or Greenbelt police to at least ride through or do a business check every once in a while it would help out for the safety !

I organized a birthday party through the events staff at the Bowlero College Park. Overall, I was impressed with the process. The gentlemen whom I engaged with when I checked in could work on his customer service skills and the staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with several parties checking in at one time but other than that the experience was great. The location was clean, the food and drinks were good and while I will definitely go back to a Bowlero location, I'm not sure I would back to this particular one.

We booked a lane reservation for my daughter's bday, and we were shocked at the cost: $120 for a party of 5 people to bowl for 90 minutes. Perhaps it's been a while since I went bowling, but this seemed expensive to me. But as my daughter really wanted to go, I figured it's just part of the inflation story that is consuming everything around DC lately. We decided to grin and bear the cost and made our reservation.
When we arrived to bowl, however, things got worse. First, you arrive and have to pass through a metal detector? I'm sorry, but this doesn't convey a family-friendly environment and we had to explain to our kids the sad reality of why this was needed. Second, I'll concede that I'm an older Dad and long past my prime party years. While it's nice to have a little background music while bowling, this place was annoyingly loud. We couldn't hear our balls hit the pins; we couldn't talk to each other without shouting; and we couldn't talk to our kids about how to make their balls go straight down the lane. It was Sunday afternoon, and the music was pounding like we were at city club on Saturday night.
Also noteworthy was that we couldn't use the gutter guards for our kids (who needed guidance on bowling that we couldn't give them b/c it was loud like a club). When we asked to use them, we were told the guards had to stay up or down for all users - say what? Something about a software problem or technical issue? To their credit, the staff did open the lane next to us so we could have 1 lane with guards and 1 lane without guards. Lastly, it was a hot day outside the day we went bowling and inside was cooler but clearly the air conditioning needs an upgrade or has a technical issue.
In sum, for $120 I'd recommend bowling somewhere else until this place fixes its problems. ... unless you're going on a Saturday night, like to sweat, and you're there to go clubbing, not bowling. One star for the nice shoes, however ...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Seems like a really cool place but a 57yo male from SO Cal...was a bit out of place.
Traveling for work. Eric was cool. Bartender was nice..just kind of odd.

I was here with my family on a Sunday afternoon. The establishment needs some fixing in the restroom, parking lot and staff. It took about 10 minutes to get a beer at the bar with no one around. We also ordered pizza which was delivered to our lane in a decent amount of time but it took another 5 minutes to get plates. Kind of strange to send food without plates. Most of the employees that we encountered were nice but they all appeared stressed. #yelpMDburbs

It charge you "service charge" for every person who works there, plus tip? For a terrible service, I had to get up, every time that we need anything, where is my tip?
Server mistake half of item that we order.
