Very fun place to play badminton. A lot of talented students with legit potential to become pro train here. Some olympian and national players coach here!

Really nice staff, great courts, and a great business model for the occasional player.

This is easily the most unprofessional sports establishment ever. They change rules and bring in new regulations ever day. I joined the club 3 months back. Since then there has been revisions to the contract for atleast three times.
First they brought in reservation system, followed by penalty for no-shows and now they are charging for each court usage.
To the management team: You are in business because of your customers. Don't take them for a ride. Businesses that didn't respect their customers crumble in no time.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Luan N.Redmond, WA4573Nov 1, 2021
Since the pandemic started, the club management has imposed ridiculous policies. They treat members as if they are doing us a favor by allowing us to play, while constantly increasing membership fees. They keep changing rules almost every months. The recent price hike shows despicable greed from them. In order to play regularly at least 4 hours a week, you will have to pay $200+. Unless you can play weekdays from 6am to 3pm; but who can afford to play during those hours if you have a job? Stay far away from this shitty club. I wish they would go bankrupt.

Court is too expensive to rental . Badminton court is 1/4 tennis court and you pay 40$ for a hours to play

Visited the club recently. The cleanliness conditions have not improved. Moreover, the shower is closed and there isn't a changing area. There was also water leaking on court 1 and the court was unusable.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Nov 2, 2019Previous reviewJoined membership but found it to be very disappointing. When classes are in sessions, they use 7 of the courts and only have 3 courts available for play time. The wait is 40 minutes to play 20 minutes. So it's a waste of time vs going to a gym.
Sep 28, 2019Previous reviewThe venue has 11 courts, one of which is for singles play only. Bathrooms are not as clean and smelly. They also have another set of bathrooms upstairs which are slightly cleaner. There's 1 shower/changing room and another changing room. There's a timer where players click for 20 minutes play each time. It's an honor system where players rotate playing based on the times. There wasn't any attendance that manage the rotation board, so some players abused the system by kicking other players before the time is fully up or by randomly replacing the membership cards or temporary drop in cards so they could play first or play with the players they know. Even though there are 11 courts, only 3 appears to be open for plays during certain times. Check their website for drop in hours.

Extremely difficult to cancel and very bureaucratic club makes you go with lot of process. Avoid and try other ones

Courts are ok. Mostly it is crowded. Members hours are mostly taken by Coaching, Drop-in, Training Sessions etc.
Worst part is the suspension policy. If you want to suspend the membership you can only suspend for calendar month and also PAY $10 + tax for suspension. This is really annoying as we joined just last month and they told us that there is no suspension fee.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
