Love this school! My 3 kids have been attending since my oldest was 6 years old now 21.
They make us feel like family.
A give them a five star rating because they are life coaches to our kids, teaching them to always give the best of them no matter the outcome.
When your kids don't want to leave the school although class is over then you know you are in the right place! Thx for all that you guys do for our kids!!

One of the best MMA schools for children under 17 years old, in the whole Doral area. The instructors Mr Julio Anta and Mr. Hector Arcia are professionals to the utmost with their students and parents. They not only teach MMA techniques but also respect, motivation and courage to their students. Forget the Negative comments about monthly payments and paperwork, from the get go they (Ms. Anta) explained to you the cost and how exactly you will get charge, just like any other MMA school, Gym or even Crossfit gym. I strongly recommend this school to any parent looking for their children to learn MMA, Anti-Bullying and Respect!

Antas and it's wonderful instructors have change my sons life . He has become a confident , brave and very disciplined child. They have not only taught my son how to better protect himself and built his self confidence but have taught him the value of a healthy and active lifestyle. Mrs Antas has offered her guidance in dealing with issues we have faced with school and has become a wonderful source of support. The activities they often plan in which we parents can participate have provided additional source of knowledge and opportunity to make this journey a part of our family's journey.

Built confidence, built strength in my boys!
As a mother of two boys in a world full of uncertainty, we have strived to build confidence in our children. Further, having an autistic child, I wanted to be sure his confidence and ability to protect himself would stand strong in any situation. However, as it often happens, it can take one very negative experience with a peer to start tearing down all your hard work.
So we decided to find the right martial arts program for both our boys that would instill all the skills they needed to live a safer healthier life.Antas was the school to provide us with exactly what we were looking for.
My boys have been attending classes for the past 3 years. We started with their summer camp program which not only did the kids LOVE but I, as a mom, was extremely impressed with. It was very well planned out incorporating fun themes & activites that appealed to the kids while teaching them how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Since then they've worked hard learning important self defense tactics along with their Shaolin Kung Fu and mixed martial arts skills while building their confidence and strength. They are now both blue belts on their way to working towards their goal of reaching black belt.
I myself have attended a variety of free workshops that they provide from time to time. Their active shooter training seminar and Krav Maga demonstrations were especially helpful.
Antas has become a home away from home for us as a family and has provided support when needed.
I would highly recommend Antas for anyone looking for an exceptional martial arts & self defense program that would be beneficial to the entire family!

Absolutley the worst! Place smells of feet, you train with children, and if you are no longer able to attend and afford the expensive payments, they sick a collection agency on you. Learned a valuable lesson thouh: Do not ever sign any gym contracts. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible.

I have only been attending fitness classes here for the past three weeks, but I haven't been happier at any other "gym"! All the fitness classes are challenging and fun, instructors are so knowledgeable, attentive (guiding you, correcting you), and unbelievably caring. It is such a pleasure to work out here. I am so lucky to live across the street from this place! I can't recommend it enough!

Julio has the cutting edge technology in the world of self-defense and his fitness program is like no other, he is a great instructor and great motivator. I highly recommend everyone near Doral, FL to go check out Anta's Fitness and Self-Defense, in my opinion its the best place to get the best training and quickest results in the least amount of time.
