Aeronaut 9000i - wrong racket sent

I ordered aeronaut 9000i, but received 9000. I was told to ship it back with promise to be replaced with the right racket with return shipping reimbursement. The store received the racket and has been very slow at responding to my emails. I asked for a refund and reimbursement, but no answers from them yet.

This is my 2nd time I order at LIBC. My impression is quick shipping (no tracking provided even though I asked for it). Cons: slow-never respond to email.
