Artificial Pitch Opens at Leicester Forest RFC

Feb 2018

This weekend the artificial grass pitch at Leicester Forest opened the gates to host their first games.

After some slight delays due to the great British weather, the pitch was finally completed and looking spectacular nestled at the side of the sight. With parking alongside the pitch and the clubhouse close at hand, the facility will no doubt become a much used pitch for club and county games.

England Rugby are investing more than £50 million over 4 years in artificial pitches as part of the RWC 2015 legacy, to provide more hours of play and training and prevent cancellations of games due to poor pitches. For more information on Rugby 365 and how to book the pitch, click here
