Therefore, as of 1st October 2022, Running Imp Ltd acquired Events FR in a major acquisition, and we will continue to work very closely with Neil over the next year to ensure a seamless and successful transition.

January 2023 will also mark 35 years since I cofounded the business in 1988. Little did I imagine that it would have grown into the family business that it has today.

For the last 16 years Running Imp and Events FR have competed against one another as two of the top companies in the industry, but now, with Neil Landry wishing to retire from the industry it made perfect sense for Running Imp to acquire Events FR.

Engraving Charges

FREE Engraving is available up to 20 characters per plate with additional engraving 8p per character. Any engraving on the body of the cup is charged at £8 up to 50 characters (text only). Additional engraving (over 50 characters) is charged at 30p per character.

All Presentation Cups can also be engraved with your own logo or crest onto the body of the cup for an additional £5 per item plus a £20 setting up charge (not per item).

London Marathon Events has brought together the London Marathon, the world’s greatest cycling festival and the inspirational open-water swimming event, Swim Serpentine, to create the London Classics, one of the world’s great sporting challenges.

To complete the challenge, you are required to:

• Run the London Marathon

• Cycle 100 miles in the RideLondon-Essex 100

• Swim 2 miles at Swim Serpentine.

If you complete this iconic trio of events, you will receive a specially designed and much-coveted London Classics medal engraved with the Latin words: Et ego Londinium vici (‘I too have conquered London’) and will be listed in the London Classics Hall of Fame.

There is no time limit on when these are completed, and they can be done in any order.
