CLUB WELCOME The last two years have been a nightmare for most people and businesses and we at Leatherhead Football Club have suffered also. But now that things are beginning to return to something like normal, we are anxious to capitalise on this and promote the assets that we have at Fetcham Grove for the local community. We have a very loyal group of supporters who mainly live locally, most of our matches attract over 350 people and we are offering packages of sponsorships which we feel are attractive to businesses in Leatherhead and surrounding areas. During the last two years we have greatly improved our ground and clubhouse despite the financial problems that lockdown imposed on us. We have installed new boilers to improve the heating in the clubhouse and it is now a popular venue for parties and functions. Whether you might require a small venue for meetings or a large venue for meetings or functions, we have it available for you at Fetcham Grove. There is plenty of parking available on site and staff who are able to cope with any number of people up to 150. The packages for sponsorship that we are able to offer range from advertising boards around the pitch perimeter, colour adverts on our excellent match programme. Match sponsorship where your clients will be welcomed in our boardroom right up to full club sponsorship with your company’s name on our team shirts. This is a huge opportunity for a sponsor to get involved in fantastic social media marketing as we introduce him to the community, but also have exposure at local events. NEW! SPONSORS NETWORKING GROUP It has become increasingly important over the last couple of years to increase the amount of networking we do to improve our business connections and relationships. We feel it’s only right to connect all of our sponsors together at regular events, both online and in person. Over the 22/23 season we will be offering a variety of different style networking events, with the opportunities for our sponsors to have guest speaker slots if they so wish. CLUBHOUSE & BOARDROOM HIRE FACILITIES HIRE Outside of fixtures, our Boardroom and Clubhouse are available for private hire. BOARDROOM Suitable for small training groups or meetings, our board room seats between 12 and 16 people. There are facilities to make your own refreshments (or we can cater internally for you) and there is a TV screen and wi-fi. This comes with the benefit of on-site parking. £30 per hour. CLUBHOUSE HIRE A large licenced venue which holds up to 150 people is available to hire for parties and events, conferences, group meetings or training events. Various catering options available from cold buffets, to fully catered sit down meals. Morning Hire - £120. Afternoon Hire - £150. Evening Hire - £200. Sponsors are entitled to preferential rates.
