Quality of work life is dependent on many factors, one of which is Organisational Climate. The climate of the organization, in its different connotations, determines the quality of work life of the employees in it. For this sake, a set of questionnaires on the various parameters namely were distributed among employees of different small, medium and large scale enterprises. The collected data was recorded and analyzed to generate a hypothesis on improvising quality of work life as an effect of organizational climate, which would directly lead to maximizing efficiency. The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS. F ratio was calculated to get the clear picture of the comparison. Result of the Study revealed statistically significant differences in SMEs and LSEs in Organizational Climate factors. Show less

Launched an initiative to mobilise the cause of Organ Donation and encourage people to pledge to be an organ donor. With over 300 pledges in 2 weeks of its launch and social media post reach of over 6000, Donors are Heroes is an initiative which aspires to grow and detach the misconceptions attached with organ donation.
In the pursuit of spreading awareness, an awareness documentary has been made with interviews from organ recipients.

In an effort to predict, analyse and utilise properties of materials, my project aimed at predicting various important thermodynamic properties of metals as well as alloy systems. Computational Metallurgy is a little of both practical as well as theoretical metallurgy, but a whole of none. It gives the edge of less dreary research process which is cost effective as there is no necessity of conducting lengthy experiments on samples.
