Presidents Day and Presentation Night 2023
The final week of the Indoor Bowls Club winter season drew to a close on Saturday 29th April. The clubs outgoing President Jayne Taplin held an afternoon fun bowls competition, 18 ends of bowls with 20 Gents v 20 Ladies. Read more…

Charity Gala 2023
On Sunday 12th February Horncastle Indoor Bowls Club opened their doors to members and clubs from across the county to hold a Gala day to raise funds for Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire Air Ambulance. Horncastle IBC Men’s Denny Plate team make history
After the HIBC Men’s successes in the early rounds of the Denny Plate, they reached the last 16 after beating Alfreton 83 – 71, where they progressed to play a Melton Mowbray team that beat Horncastle last year and who then went on to win the Denny Plate in 2022. Read more…

Presentation Night 2022
The Club’s Presentation Night was held on 30 April 2022, with a good attendance. After 8 ends of friendly social bowling the prizes were presented by our outgoing President Tom Scholey who then handed over the Presidency to Jayne Taplin. Read more…

Fresh Air Intake
The Directors would like to advise that the Fresh Air Intake System has now been installed at The Bowling Club. Both this and the Air Conditioning are now on timers working from 8am until 9pm. This new system clears 8,000 litres of air every second.
