Having celebrated their centenary year in 2004 the Club had outgrown their existing facilities and needed to develop the social side of the club, as a result of the inflexibility of the existing clubhouse. Hale Lawn Tennis Club commissioned Finlason Partnership Ltd to design their new club house including a viewing gallery, bar, changing rooms, club rooms and storage. Work began on site in November 2006 and was completed in June 2007 with the unveiling of the new state of the art clubhouse. This new facility has since led to the ‘already vibrant social programme to flourish’ (Hale Lawn Tennis Club). FPL has completed numerous other architectural projects in the sports and leisure sector in Cheshire, Manchester and the UK.
