On the 5th of January, Eagles U19s played CD Phoenix in the second round of the South Regional league.
In the first quarter, we took the lead with a score of 16-8. The defensive unit of Phoenix, Izzy and Maria were working hard and turning ball over, allowing the attacking unit of Chloe, Lucy, Charlotte S and Emilie to convert them to goals.
The second quarter ended with 34-18 to Eagles, with changes of Tori and Katie coming on.
We won the third quarter with a score of 49-27, with Charlotte JE coming on in attack.
The final score of the match was 65-36 to Eagles. Very well done to Charlotte S for getting POTM with quick drives into the circle. Thank you to CD Phoenix for hosting and for a very nice match tea!
