Race Information
The Fun Run is organised by Builth & District Running Club. All proceeds from the race will go to Builth Festival Carnival Fund.
The 2022 Builth Festival Fun Run will take place on Tuesday 14th June. All proceeds again go to the Builth Wells Carnival Committee.

Entry
Anybody over the age of 11 can enter the Fun Run. Entry costs £3 for juniors (ages 11-16) and £5 for adults (aged over 16). Enter at Entry Central: https://www.entrycentral.com/BuilthFestFunRun
Entry on the Day
You can enter on the day of the race at the Football Club from 5:30 p.m.
The 5 km Course
The race starts and finishes at the Football Club. A flat scenic run on footpaths around the Groe Park (2 laps), along the Wye and Irfon rivers, on pavements around housing estates and back onto the Lant Field to the finish at the Football Club. A water station will be available for all runners at the finish. The course is well marshalled and signposted and suitable for runners of all abilities aged 11+. No roads are to be closed for the duration of the race, so runners are asked to take care and respect other road users. Course is not suitable for wheelchairs. First Aid cover will be provided by St John Ambulance.
Start time, Location, Registration
Builth Football Club, LD2 3DA. Race starts at 7:30 p.m.
Registration will take place at the Football Club between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. All runners will be expected to register on race day. Numbers will not be sent out in advance, but can be collected at registration on the day. Entries on the day will be available. The number of runners will be limited for insurance purposes to 200.
Parking
Parking will be available at the Sports Centre and at the Groe Car Park.
Toilets and Changing
Facilities will be available at the Football Club.
Results and Presentation
The race presentation will take place at the Football Club following the race. Full race results will be posted on this website.
