Had well decorated room with a very comfortable bed. The location itself was excellent over in the area. The staff were very helpful, cared about us, thank you.

All in all, it is suitable place for staying in Derby.

We did not want to leave, would recomand. We stayed here for 2 very comfortable nights. The kitchen had an electric kettle and fridges etc to cook a meal.

As avid bike riders, we loved the secure parking for our bikes and the convenient access to the electric gates. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and chairs. The walk-in shower in the clean bathroom was a nice touch. We also appreciated the discount at a local café for staying at Borrowfield Lodge. Excellent value for money.

We felt right at home, no complaints at all.

The bedroom had very comfy beds, loved it. Included a shower, a hair dryer and dressing gowns, all very handy. The apartment was near East Midlands airport, 25 km...

It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator for cooking. The building was neat.

We had a FABULOUS stay in Derby not far from Borrowfield Lodge as well as the centre of Nottingham. It was great and stunning to the festival.

During our recent stay at Borrowfield Lodge, we were impressed with the excellent communication from the hosts before our arrival. They provided a warm welcome and personally introduced us to the facilities. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean, with great Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix. We also appreciated the mini fridge in the room, which allowed us to store some food items. Borrowfield Lodge exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment has a magnificent and lovely location, very close to the centre of Nottingham, the festival, and Borrowfield Lodge over the usual corporate chain hotels. It's nestled in very lovely building.

The room was incredible! It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The bathroom was also amazing with all the necessary amenities. The owner, Nigel, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make our stay special by adding little surprises in the room. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a great variety of options. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything to dislike about my stay. It was perfect from start to finish.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this venue and had a hard time saying goodbye; the rooms were comfortable and clean, especially the amazing bathroom, which we really admired; it was also convenient to have a bus stop just 200 meters away.
