St. Bonifacius, MN - A new year for Polars Cross Country is about to get underway as the 2023 fall schedule has been released. Four events are set for both the men and the women with the UMAC championship set to take place in Winthrop, Minnesota on Saturday, October 28th.

The Polars begin the season on Friday, September 8th at the Dragon Twilight taking place at the University of Minnesota Moorhead. The second contest of the year is set at the St. Olaf Invite, hosted by St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. The third race of the year will be at the Bluegold Invite in Eau Claire, Wisconsin at UW-Eau Claire on Friday, September 29th. To close the regular season, Crown travels to the Jim Drews Invite at UW-La Crosse on Saturday, October 14th.
 
The Polars are led by Head Coach Grant DeWitt in his first year leading the Polars teams.
