Wonersh Cricket Club is made up of members from Wonersh and the
surrounding villages. We are united by a love of the weird and wonderful
sport of cricket and a desire to grow the game.
We play league cricket on Saturdays, friendlies on Sundays and
‘Hundred’ matches midweek. We also have a thriving junior section, run
in conjunction with our friends in Shamley Green.
We have players of all ages and abilities. If you are new to the village and
fancy playing, or if you’ve been here a while but never quite got round to
saying hello, do please get in touch. You will be made to feel very
welcome, and we guarantee you a game. You can also dip in and out of
fixtures as much as you like, so don’t worry if you can only play the odd
match. If you are more interested in the non-playing side, we are always
on the lookout for occasional umpires, scorers and administrators, too.
We are very proud of our beautiful ground, which is one of the finest in
the region and is a fantastic place to have a hit. And there is no better
view of it than from the balcony of our pavilion, which happily is also
home to a well-stocked bar. If we have a game on and you are walking
past, do pop in for a drink and have a look for yourself!

just 100 balls per innings. Its fast, furious and exciting cricket, that could go
