The L&SC entries are being organised by Duncan Gauld Duncan

L&SC are a prestigious organisation running similar comps to the Nationals but no Top Club. Mostly men's competitions, but they have introduced mixed pairs and fours recently. Their web site is here. If you are looking for our fixtures under the competitions tab, choose area B.

The club nominates the entrants.

There are two 21 - shot mens' singles competitions- a 'Gold Badge', for which clubs are encouraged to enter their previous year's club champion, and the 'Lonsdale', for which clubs are encouraged to enter their championship runner-up or the winner of their handicapped singles. There are also Pairs, Triples and Fours contests; the club has entered all of these. No player can play in more than one of these competitions. And the main inter-club Competition, the Challenge Shield, which is a two-fours. Recently they have added two mixed competitions: Pairs and Fours.
