Miller was put in temporary charge after Ellis's death

Doncaster Lakers have named Tony Miller as their head coach following the death of St John Ellis.
Miller, 37, had been assistant to Ellis after rejoining the club last year from Castleford, where he was U21s coach.
Lakers chairman John Wright said: "We are still in a state of shock following Singe's death, but we feel Tony is the right man to take us forward.
"He is Doncaster through and through, knows the players and staff and gives us continuity at a difficult time."
Ellis, 41, suffered a suspected heart attack after taking the National League One club for a pre-season training session on New Year's Day.
Miller, who has appointed senior player Graham Holroyd as his assistant, said: "It is the job I've always wanted, though not in these circumstances.
"But I am 100% committed to bringing success to the Lakers. I believe we have good people at the club on and off the field.
"The chairman is very ambitious, and there's no reason why we can't enjoy achieve the goals he has set."
A former Doncaster player, Miller has been connected to the club since 1991.
He was a key figure in the side that won promotion to the old Stones Bitter Championship in 1994.
Miller qualified as a senior coach in 2001, and also had playing stints with Featherstone and Oldham.
Wright added: "Tony had built this season's side with Singe, and we have every confidence in him bringing the best out of a young but talented squad."
