You don't have to know the perfect search term in order to find the image you're looking for. When you search on Google Images, find the image result that most closely represents what you have in mind. Then click the Find similar images link underneath that result to bring up additional images like it.
This feature is especially useful if you find yourself in the following situations:
- Your search results contain images from different categories.
For example, if you search for [ jaguar ], you'd get results for both the animal and the brand of car. To only see images of the cat, click Find similar images underneath an image of the animal. - You can't remember the name of the item you have in mind.
In this case, start with a broad search, then click the image that matches what you're looking for. For example, search for [ Salvador Dali ], then click Find similar images underneath your favorite Dali painting.
