Google Finance offers an easy way to search for stocks, mutual funds, and public and private companies. By combining content licensed from financial data providers with content from the Web, Google Finance lets you easily find and manage your financial information online.

Here are some specific Google Finance features:

  • Company Search

You can search for stocks, mutual funds, and public and private companies, using both company names and ticker symbols (where available).

  • Interactive Charts

    Interactive charts

Google Finance charts correlate market data with news stories from corresponding time periods to help you determine if there's a relationship between them. For instance, you can see how news stories for a certain company on a specific day potentially affected the performance of the stock for that week. You can also click and drag the charts to see different time periods, and zoom in to see more detailed information. Learn more

  • News

    News and more news

Google Finance incorporates the Google News service, which gathers stories from more than 4,500 English news sources worldwide. Stories are clustered by topic, so you can see different opinions on a single subject. Company-specific stories are listed and charted on company summary pages. You can also review news stories by monthly date range and by importance (which is determined by algorithms). Learn more
