(57) ABSTRACT

An object of the present invention is to provide an associative type computer capable of coupling with computers of the same structure simply and also capable of coupling in high density with the other computer of the same structure, and in the casing of cubic shape, computer constituting elements such as CPU or memory IC 10 and input/output interface 14 and the like are built in. Signal transmission elements 22,24 for coupling the input/output interface of the adjacent computer in cordless mode are disposed on the inside of each of hexahedron of the casing when the computer is adjacent to the other computer of the similar structure. The signal transmission elements are connected to the input/output interface 14 of the inside of the casing 4, and the bilateral data transmission can be carried out in cordless mode between the signal transmission elements 22, 24 of the other computer through the signal transmission elements 22,24 of the computer. The acceptance and output of the data from the other computer by the signal transmission elements 22, 24 can be carried out through the multiple switch router 16, and the signal transmission path connecting each computer can be optionally set.
