Abstract

The invention relates to a tent comprising a laminar surrounding structure delimiting an interior space that can be accessed through at least one opening which is opened and closed using a side part in the form of a door forming part of the laminar surrounding structure. The structure includes at least one integrated transparent part together with an opaque laminar body for covering the transparent part of the laminar surrounding structure when desired. The transparent part allows a user to view the exterior from inside the tent.

In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the inconveniences, the invention proposes a tent comprising a wrap-around laminar structure that delimits an interior space accessible through at least one opening that opens and closes by means of a side part by way Door that is part of the laminar structure.

The wrapping laminar structure integrates at least one part that is transparent in Combination with an opaque laminar body to cover that transparent part of the envelope laminar structure when desired. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DESCRIPTION OF AN EXAMPLE OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

Considering the numbering adopted in the figures, the tent contemplates the following nomenclature used in the description: 1 .- Inclined lateral bodies.

2. - Posterior laminar body.

3. - Anterior laminar body. 3rd.- First part.

3b.- Second part. 4.- Zipper.

5.- Independent element. 6. - Rolling element.

7. - Adherent surfaces.

8. - Opaque perimeter skirt.

9. - Base. The tent shown in the drawings comprises a wrapping laminar structure formed by two inclined lateral bodies (1) as a gable roof, a posterior laminar body (2) and an anterior laminar body (3) divided in two parts: first (3a) and second (3b), joined both by a zipper (4) to enter and leave the store. At least one of the two inclined sheet bodies (1) comprises a transparent material that allows viewing outside from inside the store.

As shown in Figure 2, at least one of the two parts of the anterior laminar body (3) also comprises a transparent material.

Another option is that the posterior laminar body (2) also comprises a transparent material.

Therefore, the essentiality of the invention is that at least a part of the wrapping sheet structure comprises a transparent material so that a user can see the outside from the internal space of the tent.

The tent of the invention further comprises opaque laminar bodies, first (5) and second (6), to cover the transparent parts of the wrapping sheet structure when desired.

In one embodiment, such as that shown for example in Figure 1, the first opaque laminar body determined by an independent element (5) is shown which is fixed to a part of the anterior laminar body by means of adherent surfaces (7). In Figure 1, one of the inclined sheet bodies (1) of transparent material incorporates other adherent surfaces (7) to fix another opaque sheet body that is not shown. Figure 2 shows a tent where the inclined laminar bodies (1) of transparent material are covered by the second opaque laminar bodies determined by rolling elements (6) located in an upper confluence zone of those inclined laminar bodies (1 ), so that in the folded position the rolling elements are collected in said upper confluence zone, while when they are deployed, the rolling elements (6) cover the inclined laminar bodies (1) ensuring their fixation by adherent surfaces (7) .

The transparent material is preferably a plastic, waterproof and antistatic material, such as low density polyethylene, with a thickness between 0.1 mm. and 2 mm.

In one embodiment as shown in Figure 2, the store incorporates an opaque perimeter skirt (8).

The opaque laminar body (8) that covers the transparent part is an element that can be installed both outside and inside the wrap-around laminar structure, the latter being a preferred embodiment, so that it cannot be manipulated from outside and / or it is not necessary to go outside the tent to carry out the plating or unfolding of the opaque laminar body.

In one embodiment, the part that is transparent affects the entire envelope laminar structure with the exception of a base (9) that sits on the floor.

The invention is applicable to other tents that have another wrapping laminar structure different from that shown in the figures.

Claims

1.-CAMPAIGN STORE, which comprises a wrapping laminar structure that delimits an accessible interior space through at least one opening that opens and closes by means of a side part as a door that forms part of the wrapping laminar structure;
