Abstract

The invention relates to an instrument used to automate the collection of pig semen, constituted by a stainless-steel body (1) with a movable bearing supporting member (2) and a fixed bearing supporting member (3) with a supporting member for fixing the foundation (4). This fixed bearing supporting member (3) contains, within, a shaft (5) for adjusting height, forming a height-adjustment system (12) that functions with an endless screw that raises or lowers the instrument with a key (6) coupled thereto to effect said adjustment, which key is removable, and the system for holding the pig semen (7) is composed of a sprung clamp (8) that holds the penis between the two bars (9) covered with rubber and, on the rubber, the disposable swab, it being the animal that decides when to get down from the instrument, there being, in the lower part of the body, a cup (10) for storing the semen which is held between a stainless-steel bar (11) with minimum pressure to secure same without running the risk of falling.

MANEQUIM DE COLETAS DE SÉMEN SUÍNO COM SISTEMA DE COLETAS SEMIAUTOMÁTICO.  DUMMY OF SWINE SEMEN COLLECTIONS WITH SEMI-AUTOMATIC COLLECTION SYSTEM.
Refere-se a pFesente invenção a um manequim utilizado para automatizar a coleta de sémen suíno.  This invention relates to a dummy used to automate the collection of porcine semen.
Atualmente, existem vários tipos de manequins de coletas de sémen no Brasil com manequins estáticos, mas nenhum destes produtos brasileiros tem um sistema de coletas semiautomático como o aqui requerido. Com o intuito de solucionar tais inconvenientes, facilitando o sistema de coletas de Sémen Suino em centrais de coletas de Sémen é que desenvolveu-se o presente Manequim de Coletas de Sémen Suíno que é um produto 100% inóx, pois este produto tem contato direto com suínos, eliminando o problema da corrosão . Conta com um sistema de regulagem de altura com um sistema de rosca sem fim que com muita facilidade uma pessoa faz a regulagem do mesmo que é regulado de acordo com o tamanho do animal a ser coletado. Possui também um sistema de coletas semi-automatico que, após as fixação do penis do animal utilizando um pano descartável (scoot duramax) juntamente com uma borracha de aproximadamente 15cm X 5cm de area de 15 shore de densidade, é fixada no manequim por um sistema de pinças pressionados por uma mola e o animal tem sua ejaculação tranquilamente sem sofrer a intervenção do homem, proporcionando total conforto e segurança para o coletador e para o animal, pois o coletador fixa o pênis do animal no sistema e se libera para manejar outros animais, sendo que o sistema exerce toda a função onde antes era manual. No sistema manual, o coletador segura o penis do animal durante todo o processo. Caso o mesmo altere a pressão sobre o penis, o animal acaba perdendo a libido, neste nosso sistema, após a fixação, o animal somente irá descer do manequim quando o mesmo não estiver mais ejaculando e a mola utilizada no sistema tem uma pressão precisa para que o animal se solte sozinho. O sistema também conta com um suporte para fixação do copo onde o animal ejacula dentro. A criação deste manequim começou da seguinte forma: Tínhamos um manequim de ferro, onde o mesmo sofria muito com a corrosão, principalmente com a urina dos animais. Decidimos então utilizar outro material para fazer este manequim e optamos por utilizar inox. Após esta mudança, tínhamos o problema com a regulagem de altura, pois o sistema antigo tinha uma furacão com um pino que travava o mesmo na altura dos furos, mas para fazer esta regulagem necessitávamos de duas pessoas para fazer este processo. Para solucionar o problema, criamos um sistema de rosca sem fim para fazer esta regulagem. Após algum tempo, os colaboradores estavam sendo sobrecarregados com o sistema manual de coletas, pois alguns animais fazem um pouco de força na hora da coleta ai surgiu a necessidade de criarmos um sistema semiautomático de coletas. Começamos a testar várias formas de fazer este sistema e vários tipos de matérias para fixar o penis dos animais embaixo do manequim, até que chegamos ao sistema atual. O grande diferencial deste nosso sistema é que o custo dos matérias descartáveis ficou muito baixo, reduzindo o numero de pessoas para fazer a coleta e facilitando o bem estar do funcionário, sendo que uma pessoa consegue coletar vários animais ao mesmo tempo, enquanto que antes um coletador somente poderia coletar um animal por vez e com um desgaste muito grande.
