Abstract

The invention relates to a syringe-type hermetic occlusion surgical clamp for the cervix, intended for use in cases of placenta praevia, said clamp being formed by two occlusion segments, two semi-cylindrical pull elements and a frame formed by a main part and a secondary part. The main part is a hollow cylindrical element having a conical section at one of the ends thereof, inside which two semi-conical sections are coupled. This coupling allows the occlusion segments to be moved toward or away from one another. The secondary part is a hollow cylindrical element having one closed end and one open end. REIVINDICACIONES Habiendo descrito mi invención, como antecede, considero como una novedad y reclamo de mi propiedad lo contenido en las siguientes reivindicaciones. Al aproximar los dos segundos desniveles (6.2) se genera un espacio entre los primeros desniveles; en los segundos desniveles (6.2) existe un barreno roscado medio (6.4), al cual se enrosca el cilindro de sujeción (6.5); ambos semi cilindros de tracción, se unen a los semi cilindros (5.3) de los segmentos oclusivos, mediante el perno (5.4); en la superficie mayor plana (6.3), localizada en el extremo opuesto a los primeros y segundos desniveles de cada semi cilindro de tracción, tiene un barreno, en las dos superficies planas mayores (6.3), entre estos barrenos está colocado un resorte (6.9) que separa ambos semi cilindros de tracción; en la parte externa de uno de los semi cilindros de tracción, tiene una serie de surcos (6.6) que se enganchan con el apéndice (segmento) de sujeción (7.1 ) de la armadura,; adyacente a la serie de surcos (6.6), tiene un barreno roscado terminal (6.7), al que se enrosca el cilindro de liberación (6.8); Occlusive segments, which includes an expander spring, (5.1); at one end of each occlusive segment it has a semi-conical section (5.2) and in addition each section has a semi-drilled cylinder (5.3), which overlaps each other, and is connected with a bolt (5.4) to the traction half cylinders; Semi traction cylinders; they are two, and each one has two flat surfaces oriented at 90 ° to each other. Este acoplamiento hace posible la separación o aproximación de los segmentos oclusivos, la armadura también tiene, dos ranuras elípticas (7.5) que permiten el paso de los cilindros de sujeción (6.5); igualmente la armadura tiene maquinado una reducción de la circunferencia (7.6) donde se encuentra el perno de la armadura (7.7), que sirve para acoplar la parte principal (7.2) con la parte secundaria (7.3) de la armadura; en una porción de la parte terminal de la sección reducida de la circunferencia (7.6), tiene el apéndice (segmento) de sujeción (7.1 ); la parte secundaria (7.3) es un elemento cilindrico hueco con un extremo cerrado (7.8) y el otro extremo abierto (7.9). En la parte interna del extremo abierto (7.9), tiene una reducción del espesor del cilindro que se acopla con la sección reducida de la circunferencia (7.6), de la parte principal (7.2); También, tiene una ranura en forma de "L" (7.10), la cual se acopla al perno de la armadura (7.7); además, tiene una ranura elíptica menor (7.1 1 ) que permite el paso del cilindro de liberación (6.8).
