上記交通費申請承認通知の少なくとも一部を上記構成員ごとに上記履歴情報記憶手段に格納することを特徴とする、交通費精算装置。 - 交通費の精算を希望するグループの構成員が所持する入力部と表示部とを少なくとも備える第1の情報処理端末に、ネットワークを介して通信可能に接続された制御部と記憶部とを少なくとも備える交通費精算装置において実行される交通費精算方法であって、
上記記憶部は、
交通機関の時刻表データと道路網データと利用料金データとを含む経路探索情報を記憶する経路探索情報記憶手段と、
上記交通機関ごとに一定距離あたりの温室効果ガスの排出量の算定基準を記憶した排出量算定基準記憶手段と、
上記グループの上記温室効果ガスの排出権量を記憶する排出権量記憶手段と、
を備えており、
上記制御部において実行される、
上記構成員により上記第1の情報処理端末の上記入力部を介して入力された経路探索条件を含む交通費申請情報を当該第1の情報処理端末から受信し、受信した当該経路探索条件を満たす少なくとも1つの上記交通費の対象となる経路を、上記経路探索情報記憶手段に記憶された上記経路探索情報を用いて作成する経路作成ステップと、
上記経路作成ステップにて作成された上記経路を利用した場合に生じる上記交通費を、上記経路探索情報記憶手段に記憶された上記経路探索情報を用いて計算する交通費計算ステップと、
上記排出量算定基準記憶手段に記憶された上記算定基準を用いて、上記経路作成ステップにて作成された少なくとも1つの上記経路を利用した場合に排出される上記排出量を当該経路ごとに算出する排出量算出ステップと、
上記排出量算出ステップにて算出された上記排出量分を、上記排出権量記憶手段に記憶された上記排出権量から差し引くことにより、上記排出量の償却を行う排出量償却ステップと、
上記排出量償却ステップにて上記排出量の償却が行われた否かを判定する排出量償却判定ステップと、
上記排出量償却判定ステップにて上記排出量の償却が行われなかったと判定された場合、上記構成員が申請した上記交通費の精算の申請を却下する交通費申請却下通知を上記第1の情報処理端末に送信することにより、当該第1の情報処理端末の上記表示部に表示させる交通費申請却下通知表示ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、交通費精算方法。 - 請求項4に記載の交通費精算方法において、
上記交通費精算装置は、
上記構成員が申請した上記交通費の精算を承認する決裁者が所持する入力部と表示部とを少なくとも備える第2の情報処理端末に、ネットワークを介して通信可能に更に接続されており、
上記制御部において実行される、
上記排出量償却判定ステップにて上記排出量の償却が行われたと判定された場合、上記排出量の償却が行われた上記経路と、当該経路に対応する上記交通費計算ステップにて計算された上記交通費と、を含む経路探索結果を、上記第2の情報処理端末に送信することにより、当該第2の情報処理端末の上記表示部に表示させる経路探索結果表示ステップと、
上記決裁者により上記第2の情報処理端末の上記入力部を介して入力された、上記交通費申請情報に対する上記交通費の精算を承認する承認情報を当該第2の情報処理端末から受信し、受信した当該承認情報と上記経路探索結果とを含む交通費申請承認通知を、上記第1の情報処理端末に送信することにより、当該第1の情報処理端末の上記表示部に表示させる交通費申請承認通知表示ステップと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする、交通費精算方法。 - 請求項5に記載の交通費精算方法において、
上記記憶部は、
上記構成員ごとに、上記経路探索結果、上記交通費申請承認通知、および、上記交通費申請却下通知のうち少なくとも一部を関連付けた履歴情報を記憶する履歴情報記憶手段
を更に備えており、
上記交通費申請却下通知表示ステップにおいて、
上記交通費申請却下通知を上記構成員ごとに上記履歴情報記憶手段に格納し、
上記経路探索結果表示ステップにおいて、
上記経路探索結果の少なくとも一部を上記構成員ごとに上記履歴情報記憶手段に格納し、
上記交通費申請承認通知表示ステップにおいて、
上記交通費申請承認通知の少なくとも一部を上記構成員ごとに上記履歴情報記憶手段に格納することを特徴とする、交通費精算方法。
