Abstract

A primary provider provides information about inventions described in selected PCT specifications published on a certain date, which information is published by a secondary provider who has a web site either directly in the web site or through a link. Persons who show an interest in this information are requested to give an indication of what they believe to be the prospects that any one or more inventions may be viable. Demographic details are also requested. The invention in processed and sent to the such persons on documents containing the advertising matter of the secondary provider from whose web site, the said person accessed the information about the invention.
