Disclosed herein are a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating, in which, when a purchaser inputs coordinating variables such as a form, a size, a style and a color and selects any one of a contesting coordinating method using a proposal contest of coordinators, a mimic coordinating method using a portfolio of a coordinator and a private coordinating method of specifying a private coordinator, a mediating server loads coordinating variable information in a seller mode according to the selected method, receives coordinating image data from a plurality of sellers according to the coordinating variable information as a proposal, and transmits the coordinating image data to the purchaser such that the purchaser decides the purchase of goods and performs a payment process thereof. Since the purchaser can view a plurality of coordinating proposals which are prepared by experts using the purchaser's body form, it is possible to solve the lack of discrimination of the purchaser and a problem that the purchaser cannot virtually wear clothes at the time of online shopping. Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating, and more particularly to a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating, in which, when a purchaser inputs coordinating variables such as a form, a size, a style and a color, a mediating server loads coordinating variable information in a seller mode, receives coordinating image data from a plurality of sellers as a proposal according to the coordinating variable information, and transmits the coordinating image data to the purchaser such that the purchaser decides the purchase of goods and performs a payment process thereof. [2] Recently, as an information and communication technology has been developed, an information provision technology of providing information about various fields in real time to a plurality of subscribers using at least one host server via a wide area network are actively being developed.
[3] Recently, a peripheral technology such as a cache memory extension technology for more rapidly providing accurate information to subscribers and an information selection technology and compression technology of conveniently obtaining information corresponding to the tastes and preferences of the subscribers are being developed. In addition, the development of various types of contents and the solutions thereof are being accelerated.
[4] As a communication technology such as data communication and electronic communication have been remarkably developed, offline shops start online sales and thus online shopping malls are being activated. The online shopping malls are advantageous in that a shopping time is efficiently reduced. Since cost such as a rent for a shop and clerks working in the shop can be reduced, it is possible to sell goods with a relatively low price.
[5] However, in such online shopping malls, since the quality or the shape of the goods cannot be directly checked by naked eyes and can be checked through a photographing medium such as a photograph, the actual shape and quality of the goods checked by naked eyes under a general illumination mechanism may be different from the shape and quality of the goods checked through the photographing medium, according to illumination.
[6] In particular, in the case of clothes, shoes or miscellaneous goods such as ac- cessories, a purchaser cannot directly check whether or not the clothes or the miscellaneous goods match the purchaser when the purchaser wears the clothes or the miscellaneous goods, in addition to the difference due to the illumination.
[7] Accordingly, recently, program developers have developed a coordinating program using the photograph and the form of a purchaser. However, unless characteristic data of the clothes is digitalized, it is impossible to match clothes with a purchaser s form and face and edit a photograph through the program. Thus, the development of the program is proceeding with difficulty.
[8] Since such a coordinating program is executed by any one seller, there is a limitation in that the purchaser selects and purchases goods.
[9] In such a coordinating program, it is difficult to directly associate the coordinating contents with sales. Accordingly, an online shopping mall for selling general clothes and miscellaneous goods uses a method of allowing a plurality of consumers to view goods loaded by a seller and decide the purchase of goods.
[10] In addition, in the conventional online shopping mall, since there is no limitation in installation of goods unlike an offline shopping mall, a significantly large amount of goods information can be loaded compared with the offline shopping mall and the purchaser can view the goods information. When the purchaser wants to purchase clothes or miscellaneous goods through the online shopping mall, the purchaser should search for the vast amount of information. [11] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating, a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating, in which, when a purchaser inputs coordinating variables such as a form, a size, a style and a color and selects any one of a contesting coordinating method using a proposal contest of coordinators, a mimic coordinating method using a portfolio of a coordinator and a private coordinating method of specifying a private coordinator, a mediating server loads coordinating variable information in a seller mode according to the selected method, receives coordinating image data from a plurality of sellers according to the coordinating variable information as a proposal, and transmits the coordinating image data to the purchaser such that the purchaser decides the purchase of goods and performs a payment process thereof.
[12] It is another object of the present invention to provide a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating, which decides an initial grade on the basis of a portfolio and career provided by a seller, restricts the number of purchaser s request for the proposal according to the grade, and updates the grade of a seller using the volume of sales.

[13] In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a goods mediating system based on coordinating, the system including: purchaser terminals Al to An each including a web browser which accesses a coordinating goods mediating server, performs a member registration process in a state of connect a TCP session, loads form information and style information of goods to be purchased, selects any one of a coordinating contest method, a mimic coordinating method and a private coordinating method, receives a plurality of coordinating proposals from the mediating server, and performs a selective purchase decision process and a payment process, and a communication module for transmitting/receiving web data; seller terminals B 1 to Bn which access the coordinating goods mediating server, perform a member registration process in a state of connect the TCP session, transmit and register selling goods information, portfolio information and coordinator career information, receive the form information of a purchaser and the style information of the goods to be purchased from the server, prepare coordinating proposals on the basis of the information, and transmit the coordinator proposals to the server; and the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS which receives the form information, the style information of the goods to be purchased, information on the selection of any one of the coordinating contest method, the mimic coordinating method and the private coordinating method from the purchaser terminals Al to An, transmits them to the plurality of seller terminals Bl to Bn, transmits the coordinating proposals prepared by the seller terminals B 1 to Bn to the seller terminals Al to An, and performs the goods purchase decision process, the payment process and a settlement process.

[14] In a goods mediating system and method based on coordinating according to the invention, since the purchaser can view a plurality of coordinating proposals which are prepared by experts using the purchaser s body form, it is possible to solve the lack of discrimination of the purchaser and a problem that the purchaser cannot virtually wear clothes at the time of online shopping. [24] That is, the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a mediating system having a combination of auction and reverse auction, which transmits form information of a purchaser and style information of goods, which are desired to be purchased, to a plurality of sellers according to the selection of the coordinating method of the purchaser and allows the sellers to prepare proposals including coordinating data and a price based on the in- formation to participate in a contest, allows the purchaser to directly view portfolios uploaded by the plurality of sellers to perform a mimic coordinating method, or specifies a specific coordinator and allows the purchaser to receive a proposal of the coordinator so as to purchase goods.
[25] Since the plurality of sellers provide the coordinating proposals to any one purchaser, this system corresponds to reverse auction. Since the purchaser can obtain a variety of coordinating data, a purchase selection range widens. In view of the sellers, the sales can be activated by the provision of the coordinating data and the coordinating data can be used as a sale material for the other purchasers. Since the sellers receive the form information and the style information of the purchaser in order to provide the coordinating data, a database for the purchaser can be established.
[26] In the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention, a purchase method is initially selected by the purchaser. Accordingly, the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention provides three purchase methods which can be selected by the purchaser.
[27] Among them, one purchase method is a coordinating contest method of providing the body information of the purchaser to the plurality of sellers, receiving coordinating proposals, to which the body information of the purchaser is applied, from the sellers and selecting goods. The coordinating contest method will be described later with reference to FIG. 4.
[28] Another purchase method is a mimic coordinating method of providing portfolios of the plurality of sellers, selecting a predetermined number of specific sellers from the portfolios, providing the body information of the purchaser to the specific sellers, receiving coordinating proposals from the specific sellers, and selecting goods. The mimic coordinating method will be described later with reference to FIG. 5.
[29] The other purchase method is a private coordinating method of allowing a purchaser to set a specific seller for providing a desired coordinating proposal as a private coordinator and receiving a coordinating proposal from the private coordinator when the purchaser purchases other goods. The private coordinating method will be described later with reference to FIG. 6.
[30] In the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention, an initial grade is decided on the basis of the portfolio and the career provided by the seller, the number of purchaser's requests for the proposal is restricted according to the grade, and the grade of the seller is updated by the volume of sales.
[31] That is, in the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the grades of the purchaser and the seller are set and are updated using goods order and sale information, thereby accomplishing efficient purchase and sale.
[32] The grade of the seller is initially decided by the scale of the selling goods or the career of the coordinator and is updated by the scale or the number of the selling goods. That is, the purchaser can judge that a seller having a high grade satisfies a purchaser by coordinating. The grade of the purchaser is decided on the basis of the number of times of the purchase of the goods after the purchaser makes a request for a coordinating proposal.
[33] In the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the purchaser specifies a specific seller, generates a coordinating proposal application signal, transmits coordinating variables of the purchaser to the seller, and receives a proposal. That is, in the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the purchaser decides and uses a private coordinator such that a searching time for the purchase of the goods can be efficiently reduced.
[34] The goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes purchaser terminals Al to An, each of which includes a web browser for accessing a server for mediating the sale through the coordinating of the goods, performing a member registration process in a state of connecting a TCP session, loading form information and style information of goods to be purchased, receiving a plurality of coordinating proposals from the mediating server, deciding the selective purchase, and performing a payment process thereof, and a communication module for transmitting/receiving web data.
[35] Seller terminals B 1 to Bn, each of which accesses the server for mediating the sale through the coordinating of the goods, performs a member registration process in a state of connecting the TCP session, transmits selling goods information, portfolio information and coordinator career information so as to perform a registration process, receives the form information of the purchaser and the style information of the goods to be purchased from the server, and prepares and transmits a coordinating proposal on the basis of the information to the server, are further included.
[36] A coordinating goods mediating server CGAS for transmitting the form information and the style information of the goods to be purchased, both of which are received from the purchaser terminals Al to An, to the plurality of seller terminals Bl to Bn, transmitting the coordinating proposals prepared by the seller terminals B 1 to Bn to the purchaser terminals Al to An, and performing a goods purchase deciding process, a payment process and a settlement process is further included.
[37] The coordinating goods mediating server CGAS decides the grades of the purchaser and the seller, updates the grade of the purchaser according to a goods purchase status per coordinating application of the purchaser, decides the grade of the seller in consideration of the career of the coordinator and the major field at the time of deciding the initial grade, and updates the grade of the seller according to a sale status. The grade information of the seller is loaded to the database of the server such that the purchaser can view the grade of the seller.
[38] The coordinating goods mediating server CGAS varies the number of extracted sellers according to the grade of the seller so as to give more opportunities to submit the proposal of the coordinator for a specific purchaser according to the grades of the sellers. For example, if any one purchaser applies for a coordinating contest to the sellers, the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS extracts five sellers from a seller group having a grade A, extracts three sellers from a seller group having a grade B, extracts one seller from a seller group having a grade C, and makes for a request for provision of the coordinating proposal. A seller having a higher grade has more opportunities to submit a coordinating proposal and more opportunities to sell goods.

[41] A reference numeral 2 denotes the communication unit which transmits a 200 OK response signal of an INVITE signal received from the purchaser terminals Al to An and the seller terminals B 1 to Bn so as to connect the TCP session, receives a variety of data from the purchaser terminals Al to An and the seller terminals Bl to Bn so as to register the data, and transmits the registered data.
[42] A reference numeral 4 denotes the purchaser information management unit which registers and manages the personal information and the form information of the purchaser and the style information of goods to be purchased, all of which are transmitted from the purchaser terminals Al to An, and a reference numeral 6 denotes the seller information management unit which registers and manages the personal information of the seller and the selling goods information transmitted from the seller terminals B 1 to Bn. [52] Accordingly, since the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS included in the goods mediating system based on coordinating according to the first embodiment of the present invention can transmit/receive data to/from the purchaser terminals Al to An via a wired/wireless Internet network, a web server WS and a mail server MS based on the wired Internet network, a WAP server WAPS based on the wireless Internet network and a SMS server SMSS based on a NO. 7 network for transmitting a SMS message are included.

[85] FIG. 6 shows a case where the purchaser selects the private coordinating method as the purchase method. The selection of the purchase method is performed before the purchaser actually purchases goods after the purchaser performs the member registration.

The coordinating classification window 54 includes sub-directories including a season input window (spring, summer, fall and winter) 54a, a style input window (campus or the like) 54b, an event input window 54c (party or the like), a trend input window (oversize, tight or the like) 54d, and a price input window (a hundred thousand or the like) 54e. Each of the coordinating proposals is shown in FIG. 10.
[105] A coordinating proposal page 70 includes output windows 72 and 74 which are located at the upper side of the page, for outputting information on a coordinating application number and a coordinating ID, and the same coordinating classification window 76 as the coordinating classification window of the coordinating application prepared by the purchaser. The coordinating classification window 76 includes subdirectories including a season input window (spring, summer, fall and winter), a style input window (campus or the like), an event input window (party or the like), a trend input window (oversize, tight or the like), and a price input window (one hundred thousand won or the like).
[106] A concept output window 78 for describing the concept of the coordinating proposal is provided below the coordinating classification window 76, an output window 80 for outputting detailed goods information configuring the coordinating proposal such as a blouse, a skirt, a goods prices or the like is provided below the concept output window 78, and an output window 82 for outputting the actual photograph screen of the coordinating proposal configuring the goods is provided at the right side of the page.
[107] Accordingly, the purchaser downloads and views the coordinating proposals shown in FIG. 10 prepared by the plurality of sellers from the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, selects any one of the coordinating proposals, and purchases goods corresponding thereto.
[108] The goods mediating system and method based on coordinating according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and may be modified without departing from the scope or the spirit of the invention.

Claims
[1] A goods mediating system based on coordinating, the system comprising: purchaser terminals Al to An each including a web browser which accesses a coordinating goods mediating server, performs a member registration process in a state of connect a TCP session, loads form information and style information of goods to be purchased, selects any one of a coordinating contest method, a mimic coordinating method and a private coordinating method, receives a plurality of coordinating proposals from the mediating server, and performs a selective purchase decision process and a payment process, and a communication module for transmitting/receiving web data; seller terminals B 1 to Bn which access the coordinating goods mediating server, perform a member registration process in a state of connect the TCP session, transmit and register selling goods information, portfolio information and coordinator career information, receive the form information of a purchaser and the style information of the goods to be purchased from the server, prepare coordinating proposals on the basis of the information, and transmit the coordinator proposals to the server; and the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS which receives the form information, the style information of the goods to be purchased, information on the selection of any one of the coordinating contest method, the mimic coordinating method and the private coordinating method from the purchaser terminals Al to An, transmits them to the plurality of seller terminals B 1 to Bn, transmits the coordinating proposals prepared by the seller terminals Bl to Bn to the seller terminals Al to An, and performs the goods purchase decision process, the payment process and a settlement process.
[2] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS decides the grades of the purchaser and a seller, updates the grade of the purchaser according to a goods purchase status per a coordinating application of the purchaser and an opening ratio of coordinating information of the purchaser, decides the grade of the seller in consideration of the career and the major field of a coordinator at the time of deciding an initial grade, and updates the grade of the seller according to a sale status.
[3] The goods mediating system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS varies the number of sellers which are extracted according to the grade so as to give more opportunities to submit the coordinating proposal for a specific purchaser according to the grade of the seller.
[4] The goods mediating system according to claim 3, wherein the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS comprises: a communication module which transmits a 200 OK response signal of an INVITE signal received from the purchaser terminals Al to An and the seller terminals Bl to Bn so as to connect the TCP session, receives and registers a variety of data from the purchaser terminals Al to An and the seller terminals B 1 to Bn, and transmits/receives the registered data; a purchaser information management unit which registers and manages personal information and the form information of the purchaser and the style information of the goods to be purchased, all of which are received from the purchaser terminals Al to An; a seller information management unit which registers and manages personal information of the seller and selling goods information, both of which are received from the seller terminals Bl to Bn; a coordinator portfolio management unit which registers/updates coordinator information and coordinator portfolio information, both of which are received from the seller terminals Bl to Bn; a seller/purchaser grade management unit which decides and updates the grade of the seller/purchaser in correspondence with the number of purchase decisions for the coordinating proposal of the purchaser, the career of the seller and the volume of sales; a payment management unit which is a known online payment tool for performing the payment process according to the purchase decision of the purchaser; a purchaser information DB which stores purchaser information such as the personal information and the form information of the purchaser and the style information of the goods to be purchased; a seller information DB which stores the personal information of the seller and the selling goods information; a portfolio DB which stores the coordinator information and the coordinator portfolio information; a purchaser/seller grade DB which stores grade information decided by the number of purchase decisions for the coordinating proposal of the purchaser, the career of the seller and the volume of sales; a proposal DB which stores a proposal including information such as coordinating data and a goods price received from the seller terminals B 1 to Bn by a purchaser's request for the coordinating proposal; a payment DB which stores payment information according to the purchase decision of the purchaser; and a control unit which is connected to the purchaser terminals Al to An and the seller terminals B 1 to Bn, registers the portfolio information of the plurality of sellers, receives and transmits the form information of the purchaser and the style information of the goods to be purchased to the plurality of sellers, receives coordinating information of the purchaser applied to the goods having a desired style from the seller, transmits the coordinating information to the purchaser, and performs the payment process and the settlement process according to the purchase decision of the purchaser.
[5] The goods mediating system according to claim 4, wherein the control unit 18 manages a plurality of grades which are divided according to a purchaser's request for the coordinating proposal and the number of times of purchase, and restricts the number of coordinating proposals according to the grade of the purchaser.
[6] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein the purchaser terminals Al to An are desktop computers each having a general wired Internet communication function or mobile communication means having a wireless Internet function, such as mobile phones or personal digital assistants (PDAs).
[7] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS includes a web server WS and mail server MS based on wired Internet network, a WAP server WAPS based on wireless Internet network, and a SMS server SMSS based on NO. 7 network for receiving a short message, so as to transmit/receive data to/from the purchaser terminals Al to An via a wired/wireless Internet network.
[8] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein a web page 20 for inputting purchaser information, which is transmitted from the purchaser terminals to the coordinating goods mediating server, includes: an input window 22 for selectively inputting a face type (a round type, a rectangular type, an inverted triangular type, a triangular type, or the like); an input window 24 for inputting the shape of the neck; an input window 26 for inputting a chest size; input windows 28, 30 and 32 for inputting the respective sizes of a waist, hips and a height; an input window 34 for loading a photograph; an input window 36 for selecting an opening ratio (opening of an actual face photograph, opening of an edited face photograph, non-opening of a face photograph, or the like) of the coordinating information including the photograph; and a window 38 for outputting an actual photograph loaded by the purchaser.
[9] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein a web page 40 for inputting seller information, which is transmitted from the seller terminals to the coordinating goods mediating server, includes: an input window 42 for inputting the coordinator career of the seller (the number of years of coordinator business); an input window 44 for inputting the number of coordinating staffs; a major input window 46; a portfolio data loading input window 48; and an output window 50 for outputting plural pieces of portfolio actual photograph information.
[10] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein: a web page for a coordinating application, which is transmitted from the purchaser terminals to the coordinating goods mediating server, includes a coordinating classification window 54, the coordinating classification window 54 including sub-directories including a season input window 54a, a style input window 54b, an event input window 54c, a trend input window 54d, and a price input window 54e; an input window 56 for inputting the form information; an output window 58 for outputting the actual photograph information of the purchaser; and an input window 60 for inputting additional request information for requesting the coordinating proposal.
[11] The goods mediating system according to claim 1, wherein a web page for the coordinating proposal, which is transmitted from the seller terminals to the coordinating goods mediating server, includes: output windows 72 and 74 for outputting information on a coordinating application number and a coordinating ID; the same coordinating classification window 76 as the coordinating classification window of the coordinating application prepared by the purchaser, the coordinating classification window 76 including sub-directories including a season input window, a style input window, an event input window, a trend input window, and a price input window; a concept output window 78 for describing the concept; an output window 80 for outputting detailed goods information configuring the coordinating proposal; and an output window 82 for outputting the actual photograph screen of the coordinating proposal configuring the goods.
[12] A goods mediating method based on coordinating, the method comprising: a first step of, at a coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, receiving personal information, portfolio information and coordinator information of sellers from seller terminals Bl to Bn which connect a TCP session; a second step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, registering the seller information; a third step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, receiving a request signal for member registration and personal information from purchaser terminals Al to An which connect a TCP session; a fourth step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, registering purchaser information and login information as an account; a fifth step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, receiving a coordinating proposal request signal including coordinating variable information, style information of goods which are desired to be purchased, and goods classification information from the purchaser terminals Al to An and registering the coordinating variable information; a sixth step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, receiving any one of a coordinating contest method, a mimic coordinating method and a private coordinating method from the purchaser terminals Al to An; a seventh step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, transmitting the coordinating variable information of a purchaser to the plurality of seller terminals Bl to Bn if the coordinating contest method is selected; an eighth step of searching for goods having a desired style on the basis of the coordinating variable information of the purchaser and applying the coordinating variable to the searched goods so as to prepare coordinating data through the seller terminals Bl to Bn; a ninth step of, at the seller terminals B 1 to Bn, transmitting the coordinating data and a proposal including goods code information and goods price information to the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS; a tenth step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, registering the proposal and transmit coordinating proposal information to the purchaser terminals Al to An; an eleventh step of transmitting a selection signal and a purchase decision signal of specific goods to the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS and performing a payment process through the purchaser terminals Al to An; an twelfth step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, transmitting the goods code information and delivery request information to the seller terminals B 1 to Bn if the payment process is completed; a thirteenth step of receiving a goods reception acknowledgment and a final purchase decision signal from the purchaser terminals Al to An; and a fourteenth step of, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, transmitting a settlement processing signal to the seller terminals Bl to Bn so as to perform a settlement process.
[13] The goods mediating method according to claim 12, wherein the tenth step further comprises setting a coordinating proposal reception deadline and processing only a coordinating proposal of a seller received within the reception deadline as a valid proposal.
[14] The goods mediating method according to claim 12, wherein the fifth step further comprises, at the seller or the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, providing a predetermined purchase price discount to the purchaser according to an opening ratio of coordinating information including a photograph of the purchaser included in the coordinating variable information transmitted by the purchaser.
[15] The goods mediating method according to claim 12, wherein the sixth step further comprises: if the mimic coordinating method is selected, allowing the purchaser to view portfolios of coordinators registered in the coordinating goods mediating server; specifying one of the portfolios and setting a seller corresponding to the portfolio as a specified seller; and at the coordinating goods mediating server, applying for the purchase of the specified portfolio to the specified seller.
[16] The goods mediating method according to claim 12, wherein the sixth step further comprises: if the private coordinating method is selected, at the coordinating goods mediating server, extracting purchaser information and determining whether a private coordinator which is previously specified exists; and if the private coordinator of the purchaser exists, transmitting a coordinating application including form information and style information of desired goods to the private coordinator.
[17] The goods mediating method according to claim 12, wherein the sixth step further comprises, at the coordinating goods mediating server CGAS, extracting more sellers if the grade of the seller is high and extracting less sellers if the grade of the seller is low in a range of a predetermined number of the sellers who can submit a coordinating proposal, so as to give more opportunities to submit the coordinating proposal to a seller having a higher grade.
