Description
"MEAHS OF FASTENING STRAPS ON SOLES OF SHOES OF THE SANDAL OR FLIP-FLOP TYPE"
The present application with title in header and object of description and c!aιms in this sample, addresses an inventive solution in the form of mounting strap components whose practical result permits greater genera! productivity in manufacturing shoes, especially in the flip-flop or sandal shoe type which use this type of component.
Moreover, the resulting product is characterized by the fact of providing the end user with a shoe outfitted with flexibility in the alteration of its aesthetic presentation, since the new form of fastening strap(s) grants agility both in mounting and disassembly joined to the sole of this type of shoe, in which such operation can be easily undertaken by the end user.
This unprecedented condition of alteration in the aesthetic profile of flip-flops and sandals which make use of strap(s) in their constructiveness grants the manufacturer a differential in the form of presentation of new models of shoes, enhancing its competitiveness with respect to competing manufacturers
Moreover, the end user thus has in only one shoe the possibility of making use of several distinct models, in which this is a factor of great commercial appeal, especially for the target female public, which in practice increases her buying power in the formation of a private shoe collection, since this client can acquire a plurality of models of strap(s) with different aesthetics and decorations, nevertheless the use of a sole shoe, reflecting m the client's degree of satisfaction
Thus, it is conclusive that the means of fastening the strap(s) in the sole of flip-flop and sandal type shoes claimed is equipped with inventive activity with commercial application, meeting the requisites of patents, especially as an invention
BACKGROUND ART.
Thus, to provide veracity to the context placed in the introductory picture, a brief explanation shall be presented about the constructiveness of flip- fiop and sandal type shoes in which it shall be possible for a technician qualified in the topic to recognize the need for innovation in this type of product, before a very dynamic fashion market, especially on considering the target female public, for a
later moment to discuss the aggregate advantages with the introduction of the unprecedented means of fastening strap(s) to the sole of this type of shoe
People make use of shoes that, first of all, should provide comfort to one's feet, being that its use Seads these same people to feel more attractive, thanks to the application of differentiated colors and styles which is commercially defined as "fashion"
These people, especially the female public easily accepts changes in shoe styles, simply by the fact that they identify the possibility of feeling more attractive in turn, the competitive shoe industry characterized by mass production, in which new shoes are available and ready to be worn permitting the end consumer, both men and women, to have access to a more affordable product when compared to hand-made shoes.
The negative aspect of this type of adaptation of mass produced product lies in the fact that the end consumer becomes a hostage of the very
"mass production of available shoe models", sending the users to the so-called "common place"
This collateral effect of a mode! of capitalist commerce also reaches the flip-flops and sanda! type shoes which are characterized by basically presenting a component strap(s) to a sole
One evaiuation in the form of production of this type of shoe shows that the straps normally have their ends glued between the sole and the upper sole, sn the specific case of sandals produced with a leather base
For sandals and flip-flops manufactured with polyester material, the aforementioned straps are designed in such a way so as to have terminals on their ends shaped as balloons, cylinders and oblong, among other shapes, where these are mounted by compression close to the holes previously defined on the sole, thus enabling as adequate fit
Taking the sandals manufactured with elastomeπc materials, normally the fastened strap(s) no longer permrt(s) their disassembly, and if it is tried, the terminal are usually ruptured, destroying the sandal, and therefore causing damages to the final user
Thus, this existing constructive condrtson forces the final consumer, chiefly women, to acquire several sandal models, if they intend to have a large portfolio of this type of footwear, which fact implies a high acquisition cost
Due to this realistic scenario, it is always necessary to develop new models, with use flexibility, practical alteration of their esthetic or ornament, chiefly for the feminine market, always bearing in mind the differentiation m relation to al! existing options in the footwear market
OBJECTIVE OF INVENTION.
Due that contained in the principles of the technique, the applicant conceived, in an unprecedented manner, the method to fasten the straps on the sole of sandals or fitp-fiops, whose differentiating detail is to permit such footwear to present the flexibility to change the decorative image, leading the final consumer to feel more attractive and satisfied, at a reduced cost
For such differentiation condition to be obtained, the new flip-flops and sandal type shoes present constructiveness as the component strap(s) present on their end threaded places, whose function lies sπ receiving, once positioned over the sole, the assembly of terminal elements by the inner part of the same sole, being that such assembly if characterized by the great practicality and ease of execution where its disassembly is equipped with this same facility, being a motivational factor for the end consumer, especially the female public, to execute and exchange straps with different aesthetic and decorative effects
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
On supplementing the present description in a mode to obtain better understanding of characteristics of the present petition of invention, follow this, annexed, set of designs in which in an exemplified manner, however not limiting, represented a form of creation of fiip-flops and sandal type shoes outfitted with removable assembly terminals, in which

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The following detailed description shall be read and interpreted with reference to the designs presented herein, where these are highly diagrammed, representing a form of application of fiip-flop or sandal type shoe with the u8nprecedented means of assembly and fastening of strap(s), with no intent to limit the scope of invention, but limited only to that explained in claim
With reference to illustrated designs the present patent application in figure 1 shows the final product obtained this in the form of a shoe (A, flip-flop type, composed of a component fastened to sole (1) which is assembled in a form overlapping a component strap (2), which for this form of undertaking such
components shall be manufactured from mateπal of polymer nature, such as polypropylene or even elastomeπc material
The component strap (2) has its consfructiveness illustrated from
Figure 2 and respectively, details 1 and 2, where its main body (2a) presents a plurality of ends (2b), which tn turn are provided with housings (2c) whose function lies in receiving a threaded stopper element (3), this formed by a main body with threaded channel (3a)
Detail 1 shows the fastening of a threaded stopper (3) inside the housing (2c) through the impregnation of this by a adhesive substance such as specific glues for polymeric or elastomeπc mateπal in which the final result is observed in detail 2
Once obtained the assembly necessary condition to strap (2), the positioning of it over sole (1) proceeds, more specifically by way of overlapping ends (2b), with housings (2c) in upper part of the housings (1 a) of this sole, as illustrated m figures 3 and 4 and details 3 and 4 respectively
The fastening of the ends (2b) already effective with the strap (2) with the sole (1) is illustrated by way of figures 5 and 6 respectively, which occurs through fastening, by threading of ends of fastening components (40 where this procedure is shown through detail 5, where these are composed of an element screw thread (4a) whose head is surrounding a button (4b), which can be cylindrical, oblong or any form coinciding with the profile defined for the lower part of housings (1a) Moreover, the button (4b) \s fastened to the head of threaded screw (4a) also by way of an adhesive substance (5)
Thus for the actual fastening of a fastening terminal, it shall be sufficient to continue with its positioning in lower part of housings (1 a) with the threaded stopper (3), thus displaying the final constructive condition of assembly illustrated from detail 6, where at the end of fastening all fastening terminals (4) the shoe (A) is obtained of flip-flop or sandal type, represented in figure 1
In turn, such final constructiveness reached for the shoe (A) allows the end user herself (or himself) to be able to proceed to change of model of strap
(2) where this is changed into whatever other model which in turn shall be
mounted and fastened by way of new threading of fastening terminals (4) wtth the threaded stoppers (3) of this new model of strap (2) chosen
Verify by what has been described and illustrated that fastening of straps (2) to a sole (1) of a flip-flop or sandai type shoe (A) and encompasses the standards that rule invention patent of Industrial Property, merited by what has been shown and as a consequence, the respective privilege
