Abstract

A support spring for a below-knee orthosis is disclosed, which is designed as a leaf spring, with an end section for the foot and an end section for the lower leg, which end sections are connected to one another via a heel part curved in the opposite direction. Compared to the end section for the lower leg and to the end section for the foot, the material of the heel part is strengthened. A below-knee orthosis comprising such a support spring is also disclosed.
