Abstract

New constructive solution in the field of laundry washing machine with flowing water and drying machine ensuring: efficient washing, small consumption of water, short time of laundry washing and drying, it does not disturb the environment when drying, cost-efficient laundry washing and drying, cheap manufacturing or adjustment of existing washing machines, simple use and maintenance and etc. The reconstruction of machine consists in the following: air diverter 3 is fixed to the bell (2) with the air hose (5) and atomizer (4) with water hose (6), than the air heater (7) is fixed with ventilator and condenser (16) and hoses (12) and (13) are connected and connected with the programming devices (14) with the cable (15), while the condenser (16) is connected with the hose (18). Than the valve (8) is fixed and hose (6) connected, while the hose (19) is connected with the container (9) and by the cable (20) is connected with the programming device (14). The machine operates with the preliminary preparation: the machine is preliminary prepared and the program of laundry washing and drying is selected and is started up with the operation on the switch (21). The machine is started up in accordance with the standard program of preliminary washing, and when the washing powder if fused the centrifugal machine is switched off and the water valve (8) and the water through the hose (6) goes to the atomizer (4), wherefrom it is atomized through the openings (22) throughout the interior (23) and flowing out through the hose (18) takes out with it all impurities and washing powder. This process is repeated with the washing. When the program for washing is terminated, the programming device (14) switches on the heater (7), which represses the warm air in the diverter (3) and goes out through the openings (25) to the interior (23), where the laundry is being dried.

Description

LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE WITH FLOWING WATER AND DRYING MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention pertains to the field of household appliances in wider context, precisely to the laundry washing and drying machines, and relates to the laundry washing machines with flowing water and drying machines.
Pursuant to the International Patent Classification (IPC) the patent is marked as: D06F.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM
How to solve constructively to wash laundry in the laundry machine with flowing water and to dry laundry and to have: efficient washing, with small quantity of water, short time of washing, laundry drying up to the most favorable humidity, that washing process does not disturb the environment, cost-effective washing and drying, cheap manufacturing or adjustment of existing washing machines, simple use and maintenance and etc., with use of the flowing water and water atomizer and air heater.
BACKGROUND ART
At present the laundry washing is done by machines, which use a quantity of water for each stage of washing and washing out, while the drying is done by other drying machines or otherwise. However, all present methods of washing and drying have several flaws: laundry washing in one water is done with unclean water, and during the ejection of such unclean water certain quantity of unclean water remains on the laundry and the next taking of the water is done on the remaining unclean water and the second washing is done together with it, and it is repeated up to the last ejection of water. Following to the last ejection of water, certain quantity of unclean water remains as well on the laundry, which finally remains in the laundry, and the washed laundry is not perfectly clean. For this reason, for clean washing the great consumption of water and 5 to 6 washing cycles are required, Le. taking water 5 to 6 times. Washing is not cost-efficient due to the great consumption of water and great consumption of electric power, since the process of washing is long. Laundry drying in other machine is very expensive, since it is necessary to have the expensive machine, the consumption of electric power is big, service and maintenance are required, time for drying is required etc., which makes the machine is not very cost-efficient and practical. Laundry drying on the cord or on the stand is slow and is not practical, since a lot of time is required for taking out and hanging of each piece of laundry separately, and the space for drying is a problem in urban environment.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
Laundry washing machine with flowing water and laundry drying machine consists of: a door through which the laundry is inserted and which serves for closing during the operation, a bell on which the air diverter and water atomizer are installed, where air diverter with its openings directs the warm air to the laundry, water atomizer with its openings atomizes the water on the laundry, hot air hose, water hose, heater with ventilator and condenser, which warms the air and represses it through the laundry, water valve, which directs water in atomizer and washing powder containers.
The machine reconstruction consists as follows: air diverter is fixed on the bell with air hose and water atomizer with water hose, then the heater with ventilator and condenser is fixed and connected with the air hose and programming device through the cable and the condenser is connected with the exit hose. Then, the water valve is fixed and connected with the water hose and cable with programming device.
The machine operates as follows: the machine is preliminary prepared and the washing and drying program is selected, then it is started up. The machine starts in accordance with the standard program of preliminary washing, and when the washing powder is fused, the centrifugal machine is started up followed with the water valve, the water flows to the atomizer and through the openings is atomized throughout the interior of the drum on the laundry and flows out through the exit hose, carrying with it all impurities and washing powder. This process is repeated in washing as well. When the washing program is terminated, the programming device starts up the heater, which represses the warm air to the diverter and through the openings flows out to the interior of the drum, where the laundry drying is done. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT OF INVENTION
The laundry washing machine with flowing water and drying machine (hereinafter: the "machine") shown on figures 1, 2 and 3 is a new constructive solution in the field of laundry washing machines with flowing water and laundry drying, ensuring: efficient washing, small consumption of water, short time of laundry washing and drying, it does not disturb the environment when drying, cost-effective washing and drying, cheap manufacturing or adjustment of existing washing machines, simple use and maintenance and etc.
The machine is intended for laundry washing and drying in households, hotels, hospitals and all other places where the laundry washing and drying is required.
Adjusting existing - standard laundry washing machine is done so that it has: the door (1), the bell (2), air diverter (3), water atomizer (4), air hose (5), water hose (6), heater (7) with ventilator and condenser (16), water valve (8) and washing powder container (9).
The reconstruction of machine consists in the following: the hose (6) is installed on the atomizer (4), and they are together placed in the diverter (3) and fixed a nut (10), than the hose (5) is dragged on the hose (6) and installed on the diverter (3) and all together is placed in the bell (2) and fixed with the nut (11). Then, the heater is fixed, the air hose (5) and air hoses (12) and (13) are connected with the heater (7), then the heater (7) is connected with the programming device (14) with the cable (15) and the condenser (16) is connected with the hose (17) with the exit hose (18). Then the water valve (8) is fixed and connected with the water hose (6), while by the hose (19) is connected with the container (9), and then the valve (8) is connected with the programming device (14) with the cable (20). The machine operates with the preliminary preparation: the laundry is inserted, the washing powder is deposited for preliminary washing and washing and softener, the temperature for water warming and the washing process are set, the door (1) is closed, switch on in the power grid, the water is released and the machine is started up with by operation of the switch (21).
The machine is started up as follows: the programming device (14) in accordance with the selected - standard program takes the water with the washing powder from the container (9) for the preliminary washing, and when the washing powder is fused, it starts up the centrifugal machine and then the water valve (8). The water with fused washing powder flowing through the laundry does the washing and carries with it all impurities and the washing powder if flowing out through the hose (18). When the process of preliminary washing is terminated, the programming device (14) switches off the valve (8) and the centrifugal machine, and switches on the taking of water and washing powder for washing from the container (9) and further the washing cycle is the same as with the preliminary washing, in accordance with the selected program in the programming device (14). When the process of washing and washing out is terminated, the programming device (14) switches off the ingress of water, while the heater (7) warms the air and represses the warm air through the hose (5) and diverter (3) and through the openings (25) exits in the interior (23) of the drum (24), acting uniformly on the laundry throughout the interior (23). The warm air is again coming back from the drum (24) to the heater (7), and through the hoses (12) and (13). When the laundry is dried up to the selected degree of dryness, the programming device (14) switches off the heater (7) and operation of the machine, and thereby the process of washing and drying is terminated.
The characteristic of this construction is reflected in the following: efficient and fully clean washing is achieved by the flowing water, which immediately ejects out every removed impurity, which is especially important after the first preliminary washing when the water is the dirtiest. The next taking of the water is done without any remainder of the free impurity, so that the second washing is done by repeated removal and simultaneous taking out of the impurities. Therefore, the laundry washing is done always by clean, inflowing water, i.e. the impurity goes out with the water as soon as it is removed from the laundry. All washing powder goes out with the water as well, so that the laundry is hygienically clean as well. Small consumption of water if reflected in the fact that it is sufficient for clean washing to take water 2 to 3 times, with the laundry washed completely clean or stated in percentages the consumption of water may be up to 60% lower. By reduction of the number of washing cycles the time of washing is as well reduced up to 60%, which is particularly important in household with employed members and where there are frequent changes of users, such as hotels, hospitals etc., and since the drying system is a closed cycle, the warm air circulates within the machine itself, and there is no evaporation due to the drying. The cost-efficiency of the laundry washing and drying is multiple and clearly discernible since considerably lower consumption of water is required, which is particularly pronounced in places where the big quantities of laundry are washed (hotels, hospitals etc.), the consumption of electric power is significantly reduced which as well brings in the considerable savings. When it is taken into consideration that immediately and for a brief period of time the laundry is dried, the cost-efficiency of this solution is great, which is particularly visible with big washing and drying systems. The adjustment of existing - standard washing machine is very simple and cheap, since the standard parts and elements are used and it is done in brief period of time. The machine does not have any special requirement for operation, so that the instructions applicable to the standard washing machines apply. The maintenance is as well the same as with the standard washing machines. Additional advantage in cost-efficiency of this solution is that there is no need to hire manpower for drying, since in the household there is no time while in big systems it is expensive and slow.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
Manufacturing of the machine does not require anything special both in technology terms and in materials and parts, while the classic technologies and standard parts and elements are used and the professional production in this field is done as usual. The instruction is required for use - operation of the machine.

The laundry washing machine with flowing water and drying machine consists of: a door 1 through which the laundry is inserted, and which serves during the operation for closing, a bell (2) which is a whole with the door (1) and on which the air diverter (3) and water atomizer (4) are installed, air diverter (3), which serves for directing the warm air throughout the interior (23) of the drum (24), the water atomizer (4), which serves for atomizing the water throughout the interior (23) of the drum (24), an air hose (5) by which the heater (7) is connected with the air diverter (3), water hose (6), by which the valve (8) is connected with water atomizer (4), heater (7) with the ventilator and condenser (16), which serves for heating and repressing of warm air in the interior (23) of the drum (24), the water valve (8) which serves for release of water in the atomizer (4) and a container (9) for washing powder CHARACTERIZED BY the valve (8) connected with the hose (6) with the atomizer (4) and programming device (14) by the cable (20) and hose (13) connected with the container (9), and that the heater (7) with the ventilator and the condenser (16) is connected with the hose (5) with diverter (3), hoses (12) and (13) and programming device (14) by the cable (15).
