所述来电应答策略包括接听、 拒绝接听或者向主叫终端发送呼叫提示。 所述去电号码策略包括发送与被叫终端对应的从号码或者对主叫号码进 行屏蔽。
本发明在现有通信网络和通信终端的基础上增加了从号码功能, 实现了 来、 去电分組, 实现简单, 兼容性强, 能够更好地为用户提供更加个性化的 通信服务, 防止用户隐私的泄漏。 附图说明 图 1是适用于本发明的 GSM网络系统结构图;
图 2是本发明中 MS b呼叫具有从号码功能的终端 MS a的实现流程图; 图 3是本发明中具有从号码功能的终端 MS a呼叫 MS b的实现流程图; 图 4是移动终端的典型结构图;
图 5是本发明提供的移动终端中支持来电分組和去电分組的系统的结构 图。 具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及 实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施 例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
在本发明中, 利用现有通信网络, 在现有通信协议的基 上增加了传输 从号码的功能, 针对不同的从号码设置相应的来电应答以及去电号码通信策 略, 实现了来、 去电分组。
以下以本发明在 GSM系统中的实现为例进行描迷:
图 1示出了本发明在 GSM系统中实现的网络结构图,终端 A、终端 B为 移动终端,分别通过 UM接口经 BTS ( Base Transceiver Station,基站)、 BSC ( Base Station Controller, 基站控制器)接入网络系统。 终端 C为固定电话, 典型的具有来电^示或者语音提示功能, 通过 PSTN ( Public Switching Telephone Network , 公共电话交换网) 连接至 GSMC ( Gateway Mobile Switching Center, 网关移动交换中心)。 终端 B、 C通过网络向终端 A发起 呼叫请求, 或者接收终端 A发起的呼叫请求。
终端 A向运营商开通了多个号码, 即在 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存器)中签约一卡多号业务, 在多个号码中, 其中一个为主号码, 其余为从号码, 主号码和相关的从号码信息在 HLR中进行登记和保存, 并在 用户位置更新时,将主号码和从号码均插入到 VLR ( Visitor Location Register, 拜访位置寄存器) 中。 MSC ( Mobile service Switching Center, 移动业务交换中心)完成基本的 交换功能, 实现终端 A与终端 B、 C之间的通信连接。 如下所述, 在本发明 中当终端 B拨打终端 A的从号码时, MSC能够将 HLR返回的终端 A的主号 码填写到 IAM ( Initial Address Massage, 初始地址消息) 中。 终端 A呼叫终 端 B或者向终端 B返回呼叫应答时, MSC提取终端 A相应的从号码信息下 发到终端 B。
以终端 B为例, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 终端 B向终端 A发起呼叫, 被叫号码为终端 A的一个从号码, 主叫号码为终端 B的号码, 图 2示出了终 端 B向终端 A发起呼叫时的信令处理流程:
1、 MSb (终端 B )通过向 MSCb发送 SETUP消息, 消息中的被叫号码 为终端 A的从号码;
2、 MSCb 根据 SETUP 消息中终端 A 的从号码向 HLR 发起 SendRoutinglnfoReq取路由信息请求消息;
3、 HLR向 MSCa发起 Provide oamingNumberReq取漫游号码请求消息;
4、 MSCa向 HLR返回 ProvideRoamingNumberRsp取漫游号码响应消息, 其中包含漫游号码;
5、 HLR向 MSCb返回 SendRoutinglnfoRsp取路由信息响应消息,其中包 含漫游号码, 以及终端 A签约一卡多号补充业务的补充业务数据;
6、 MSCb向 MSCa发送初始地址消息 IAM, 其中, MSCb根据用户终端 A为一卡多号业务的签约用户, 指示主叫号码为终端 B的号码, 原被叫号码 为终端 A的从号码, 被叫号码为漫游号码;
7、 MSCa收到 IAM消息以后, 向 MSa发起呼叫, 下发 SETUP消息, 消 息中主叫号码为终端 B的号码, 被叫方子地址为终端 A的从号码。 MSa收到 SETUP消息时, 显示的号码是终端 B呼叫终端 A时所使用的相应的从号码。
在以上描述中, MSCb向 MSCa发送的 IAM消息的格式参见 ITU Q.763, 本发明在此引用。 如下表所示, IAM消息中至少包括:
Called party number, 包含终端 A的主号码信息; Calling party number, 包含终端 B的号码信息;
Original called number, 包含终端 A的从号码信息。
其中类型 "0" 表示可选, "V" 指可变固定部分。
Original called number的格式如下:
MSCa向 MSa下发 SETUP消息, 其结构为:

终端 A的从号码开始 终端 A的从号码结束 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 考虑终端 A呼叫终端 B或者向终端 B返回 呼叫应答时的情况, 呼叫处理流程如图 3所示:
1、 MSa (终端 A )向 MSCa发送 SETUP消息, SETUP消息中的被叫号 码为终端 B的号码, 主叫方子地址为终端 A的相应从号码。 如果终端 A是给 终端 B 回拨,此时主叫方子地址为终端 B呼叫终端 A时所使用的从号码;如 果终端 B是新呼叫用户时, 此时主叫方子地址为终端 A按照呼叫策略预先设 定的从号码。 MSCa收到 SETUP消息以后, 从 SETUP消息中得到被叫号码, 即终端 B的号码,以及主叫方子地址; MSCa根据终端 A的 IMSI( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 国际移动用户识别码) , 查询 VLR, 得到终端 A 的主号码和所有从号码;
2、 MSCa根据终端 B的号码向 HLR发起 SendRoutinglnfoReq取路由信 息请求;
3、 HLR向 MSCb发起 ProvideRoamingNumberReq取漫游号码请求;
4、 MSCb向 HLR返回取漫游号码响应 ( ProvideRoamingNumberRsp ) , 其中包含终端 B的漫游号码;
5、 HLR向 MSCa返回 SendRoutinglnfoRsp取路由信息响应,其中包含终 端 B的漫游号码;
6、 MSCa向 MSCb发送初始地址消息 IAM, 其中主叫号码为用户终端 A 的从号码, 被叫号码为终端 B的漫游号码;
7、 MSCb收到 IAM消息以后,向 MSb发起呼叫,下发 SETUP消息, SETUP 消息中的主叫号码为终端 A的从号码; MSb收到 SETUP时, 显示呼叫是终 端 A相应的从号码。
MSa向 MSCa发送的 SETUP消息的构成如下:

终端 A的从号码开始 终端 A的从号码结束 图 4示出了移动终端 A的典型结构,射频电路 401用于从 BTS接收无线 信号, 如控制信号和数据信号, 并向 BTS发射传输信号。 微处理器 402用于 对发射搡作和接收操作进行控制, 并控制输入装置 403、显示装置 404以及存 储器 405执行相应的操作。 输入装置 403用于用户输入操作指令或者拨叫号 码。 显示装置 404显示用户的操作过程和操作结果。
存储器 405提供程序或者数据的存储功能,本发明中,呼叫处理模块 500 保存在存储器 405中。
如图 5所示,呼叫处理模块 500包括用户界面 501、用户信息数据库 502、 通信策略模块 503、 緩存模块 504、 协议解释模块 505以及控制模块 506。
用户通过用户界面 501提供的操作菜单, 通过输入装置 403输入信息或 者执行各种操作, 用户界面 501通过显示装置 404将操作结果显示给用户。 用户通过用户界面 501将联系人信息录入到用户信息数据库 502, 同时,调用 通信策略模块 503, 针对不同的联系人设置相应的通信策略。
用户信息数据库 502存储了与不同的从号码对应的联系人的信息, 包括 用户的姓名、 联系电话、 所属的身份类型、 对应的从号码等。 为了实现来、 去电分组, 每个从号码对应一个相应的身份类型分组, 每个身份类型分组保 存了具有相同身份类型的联系人的通讯录信息, 不同身份类型的联系人只知 道该身份类型对应的从号码, 示例如下:
通信策略模块 503 用于针对不同身份类型的联系人设定对应的来电应答 策略或者去电号码策略, 其中来电应答策略包括接听、 拒绝接听或者在不便 接听时向主叫方发送呼叫提示, 如语音提示或者消息提示, 或者触发主叫终 端执行相应方式的震动或者驱动主叫终端的内嵌模块或者外围设备如摄像 头、 录音机执行摄像、 录音等呼叫响应操作; 去电号码策略包括发送不同的 从号码或者在不傈让主叫方知晓己方号码的情况下屏蔽号码。
具体的来电应答策略和去电号码策略示例如下:

号码 2 从号码 5 緩存模块 504用于緩存各种相关数据,包括但不限于通过 Um接口从 BTS 收到的消息和信号, 以及协议解释模块 505提取的主叫号码和从号码、 呼叫 时刻、 通话时间等历史信息。
终端 A通过 Um接口接收到 MSCa发送过来的 SETUP消息后,緩存模块 504先将消息进行緩存,控制模块 506调用协议解释模块 505对消息进行解析, 协议解释模块 505根据 SETUP消息的结构, 找出信元标识为 5C的数据, 即 Calling party BCD number, 提取出终端 B的号码; 同样, 找出信元标识为 6D 的数据, 即 Called party sub-address, 提取出终端 A的从号码。 这样, 协议解 释模块 505就从 SETUP消息数据流中分离出主叫号码和终端 B拨叫的从号 码。 解析出来的信息緩存到緩存模块 504中。
控制模块 506根据从号码信息查询用户信息数据库 502, 判断终端 B的 身份类型, 根据通信策略模块 503设定的身份类型所对应的来电应答策略, 向终端 B返回相应的应答。
当终端 A向终端 B发起呼叫时,这里包括终端 A向终端 B发起初始呼叫 或者对终端 B进行应答呼叫。 控制模块 506查询用户信息数据库 502, 确定 终端 B的身份类型; 如果用户信息数据库 502没有终端 B的身份信息, 控制 模块 506从緩存模块 504中提取历史来电的号码和其相应的从号码, 来判断 终端 B的身份类型, 如果仍然没有找到终端 B的身份信息, 就按默认方式赋 予终端 B相应的身份类型。 确定被叫身份类型后, 按照通信策略模块 503预 先设定的去电号码策略, 选取相应的从号码, 暂时放入緩存模块 504。 协议解 释模块 505将上述的从号码加入到 SETUP消息中的主叫方子地址,之后加入 其他相关信元, 构造一个完整的 SETUP消息, 控制模块 5.06将此 SETUP消 息发送到 BTS, 进而发送到 MSC。 终端 B收到呼叫请求时, 显示的主叫号码 是终端 A相应的从号码或者在终端 A屏蔽号码的情况下, 显示的主叫号码为 空, 这样对终端 A而言实现了去电分組。
需要说明的是, 本发明仅以 GSM系统为例进行了说明, 其他通信系统, 如 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access , 码分多址)系统、 固定电话系统的 实现与此类似, 不再赘述。 同样本发明提供的来、 去电分组业务的终端也不 限于移动终端, 也可以是固定电话等其他通信终端。
为了便于理解, 以下对本发明的应用情景进行举例说明。
用户 AAA的主号码为 13800000000,同时拥有四个从号码 1111 , 2222, 3333 和 4444。 AAA根据需要将从号码分组后告诉不同的联系人, 如下表所示:
通常情况下, 当有人拨叫 1111、 2222、 3333和 4444中任一个从号码, AAA 的手机 13800000000都可以响铃, 也就是 1111、 2222、 3333和 4444四个号码可 以同时在线, 响铃的同时, AAA的手机会显示相应从号码对应的主叫方的身 份类型。
如 AAA的太太用 8211111号码拨叫 1111时, AAA的手机在响铃的同时会显 示 "家人组的太太用户 8211111 , 正在呼叫, 是否接听? ', 。 即使 AAA的太太 不用号码 8211111拨叫, 例如使用号码 288888拨 1111时, AAA的手机在响铃的 同时盈示 "家人組的未知用户 288888, 正在呼叫, 是否接听? " , 因此 AAA 能够从未知的电话号码 288888拨打时的手机显示中知道主叫方属于家人, 可 以选择接听。
同时, AAA的回电可以实现分组, 如同事 DDD用号码 13663333333拨叫 3333后, AAA给 DDD的号码 13663333333回电时, DDD的手机会显示 AAA的 来电为 3333。
用户 AAA对设置 4444号码的来电应答策略为留言方式, 当有人拨打号码 4444时, 会向对方播放 "机主不便接听, 请在嘟声后留言" 的提示音。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已 , 并不用以限制本发明 , 凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本 发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种呼叫处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
多个通信终端, 所述通信终端设置有一个主号码, 以及与所述主号码相 关联的一个或者多个从号码, 每个从号码对应一个来电应答策略和一个去电 号码策略;
通信网络, 接收以通信终端的从号码为被叫号码的呼叫请求, 向通信终 端发送携带所述从号码信息的来电消息或者向被叫终端发送通信终端根据去 电号码策略配置的去电消息;
在接收呼叫请求时, 通信终端提取来电消息中的从号码信息, 选择与所 述从号码对应的来电应答策略处理所述呼叫请求;
在发起呼叫请求时, 通信终端选择与被叫终端对应的从号码, 根据所述 从号码对应的去电号码策略配置去电消息, 将所述去电消息发送给通信网络。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的呼叫处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述通信终端至少 包括存储器, 所述存储器包括一个呼叫处理模块, 所述呼叫处理模块包括: 用户界面, 用于向用户提供操作菜单, 提示用户执行信息输入或者呼叫 处理操作, 向用户显示操作结果;
用户信息数据库, 用于存储与从号码对应的联系人的信息; .
通信策略模块, 用于设置从号码对应的来电应答策略或者去电号码策略; 緩存模块, 用于存储主叫号码信息以及所述通信终端被呼叫的从号码信 协议解释模块, 用于接收通信网络发送的来电消息, 提取所述来电消息 中的从号码信息, 或者根据去电号码策略配置去电消息;
控制模块, 用于控制协议解释模块提取来电消息中的从号码信息, 查询 通信策略模块, 调用所述从号码对应的来电应答策略处理呼叫; 查询通信策 模块配置去电消息。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的呼叫处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述从号码进 一步对应一个身份类型信息。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的呼叫处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述来电应答 策略包括接听、 拒绝接听或者向主叫终端发送呼叫提示。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的呼叫处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述去电号码 策略包括发送与被叫终端对应的从号码或者对主叫号码进行屏蔽。
6、 一种通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述通信终端设置有一个主号码, 以及 与所述主号码相关联的一个或者多个从号码, 每个从号码对应一个来电应答 策略和一个去电号码策略;
在接收呼叫请求时, 通信终端接收通信网络发送的来电消息, 提取所述 来电消息中的从号码信息, 选择与所述从号码对应的来电应答策略处理所述 呼叫请求;
在发起呼叫请求时, 通信终端选择与被叫终端对应的从号码, 根据所述 从号码对应的去电号码策略配置去电消息, 将所述去电消息发送给通信网絡。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述通信终端至少包括 存储器, 所述存储器包括一个呼叫处理模块, 所述呼叫处理模块包括:
用户界面, 用于向用户提供操作菜单, 提示用户执行信息输入或者呼叫 处理操作, 向用户显示操作结果;
用户信息数据库, 用于存储与从号码对应的联系人的信息;
通信策略模块 , 用于设置从号码对应的来电应答策略或者去电号码策略; 緩存模块, 用于存储主叫号码信息以及所述通信终端被呼叫的从号码信 协议解释模块, 用于接收通信网络发送的来电消息, 提取所述来电消息 中的从号码信息, 或者根据去电号码策略配置去电消息;
控制模块, 用于控制协议解释模块提取来电消息中的从号码信息, 查询 通信策略模块, 调用所述从号码对应的来电应答策略处理呼叫; 查询通信策 略模块, 根据与被叫终端对应的从号码所对应的去电号码策略控制协议解释 模块配置去电消息。 '
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述从号码进一步 对应一个身份类型信息。
9、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述来电应答策略 包括接听、 拒绝接听或者向主叫终端发送呼叫提示。
10、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述去电号码策 略包括发送与被叫终端对应的从号码或者对主叫号码进行犀蔽。
11、 一种呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于,
设置通信终端的一个主号码, 以及与所述主号码相关联的一个或者多个 从号码, 每个从号码对应一个来电应答策略和一个去电号码策略;
在接收呼叫请求时, 所述方法包括:
Al、 接收通信网络发送的来电消息;
A2、 提取所述来电消息中的从号码信息;
A3、 逸择与所述从号码对应的来电应答策略处理所述呼叫请求; 在发起呼叫请求时, 所述方法包括:
B1、 选择与被叫终端对应的从号码;
B2、 根据所述从号码对应的去电号码策略配置去电消息;
B3、 将所述去电消息发送给通信网络。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述从号码进一 步对应一个身份类型信息。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述来电应答策 略包括接听、 拒绝接听或者向主叫终端发送呼叫提示。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 所迷去电号码策 略包括发送与被叫终端对应的从号码或者对主叫号码进行屏蔽。
