Device for footwear slip prevention Technical Field
5 The invention is referred to the shoe industry and can be used in production of footwear with an antiskid device to ensure walking on a slippery surface. Background Art
Removable constructions of anti-sliders of footwear with creepers for adhesion with a slippery surface are known, which in case of need fasten in cavity before the heel [1]. 0 Deficiency of removable devices for footwear slip prevention is the complexity both duration of their installation and removal.
Anti-sliders, permanently installed in the body of sole and/or of heel, do not have indicated deficiencies.
The device for footwear slip prevention is known, which contains creepers, installed in5 recesses of a running part of a sole, on thinned, having the hemispherical shape its layers, and gear of moving out of creepers with a restoring spring and countersunk installed in a part of heel of the sole by resort of shift and fixing. The gear of moving out of pins is executed by way of tape devices from an elastic material with protuberances for interaction with hemispherical layers of a sole, carrying pins on itself [2]. o Regardless of the fact that the given construction allows completely waterproof the sole and not disturb an aesthetic aspect of footwear, it is not reliable in exploitation because of weakness of fundamentals of pins - of hemispherical layers of the sole and fast deformation of the heel in that part, where behind the thin, easily deformable by hand's fingers external wall of the heel a devise of shift and fixing of the gear of moving out of creepers is installed. 5 On its technical essence the closest analog to the offered invention is the construction of a heel with an antiskid device [3]. The given technical solution contains sockets with holes, executed in the body of heel, where spring-loaded creepers are disposed, and in a direct-axis direction of the sole the gear of moving out of pins with a restoring spring is installed in a mobile way. The unit of moving out of pins has triangular protuberances and rod with its end, appearing o from the heel, on which the catch is hingedly fixed.
Deficiency of the technical solution, selected as the prototype, is its poor reliability, as at separation of a heel from a slippery surface (that takes place at usual walking) and transposition of gravity on a foot, the contact of pins to the surface will discontinue and there is a hazard to
falling. Rushing to support fixed contact of heel pins with a slippery surface disturbs naturalness of walking, i.e. the construction is inconvenient in use. Disclosure of the Invention
Objective of the invention is improvement of reliability and usability of footwear. The essence of the invention consists that in device for footwear slip prevention, containing sockets with holes, executed in the body of sole, where spring-loaded creepers are disposed, in a direct-axis direction of the sole the unit of moving out of pins is installed in a mobile way, with protuberances, fixed on it with an interaction capability with pins, restoring spring and bound with a unit of moving out of pins rod with holder, its end, appearing from the sole in its heel part, according to the invention the sockets are located on the sole lengthwise and are connected at least by one groove, the unit of moving out of pins is executed by way of elastic ribbon, made in a groove, the rod is installed crossly relatively to groove and is executed as spring loaded shank by the rotary way relatively to its axis, the link of bar rod and elastic ribbon is realized by transmission, and the holder is executed by way of shoulder, fixed on a shank, with a capability of interaction with the free end of an elastic persistent plate, hard-fixed in the sole. A distinctive singularity of the invention is also that the springs of creepers are executed flat, their working ends are supplied with a longitudinal cut, and the creeper is installed in a cavity of this cut with overcloak of its top by body of the spring. Other distinctive singularity is that the transmission is executed with an interaction possibility, fixed on shank rod and elastic ribbon, accordingly cog-wheels and rack bar or by way of metal cable, when one of its ends is hard-fixed on a transversal shank, pairing elastic ribbons, and other is attached to the shank rod. Besides, the elastic ribbon is made by way of hingedly joint separate sections. Appearing behind sole's limits the end of rod is made with capability of cohesion with removable handhold.
The essence of the invention is illustrated by engineering drawings, where in the fig.1 the general view of anti-slider in the plan according to the 1-th design version is figured, when the rod unit is made as a gearing;

The device for footwear slip prevention (here and hereinafter description of the most preferable version of the device with two rows of creepers is presented) contains a sole (1) with sockets (2), holes (3) at their bottom are executed for installation of creepers (4). Located in holes (3) creepers (4) are spring-loaded in sockets (2) by flat springs (5), at the same time the working ends of flat springs (5) are supplied with a longitudinal cut (6), and the creepers (4) are installed in a cavity (6) of this cut with overcloak of its top by body of the spring (5). For preventing access of moisture in sockets (2), the creepers (4) are installed coaxial with holes (3) and supplied by compressors (7). The sockets (2) are located on parallel direct-axis lines of the sole and are connected by grooves (8), where elastic ribbons (9) are made. The elastic ribbons (9) on most intensively bent segments of the sole (1) can be executed by way of hingedly joint separate sections (in figures not shown). On enclosed to sockets (2) segments of elastic ribbons (9) the protuberances (10) are fixed which are executed by way of bulges, parallel to the planes of ribbons (9) with located on the part of spring-loaded pins (4) inclined segments (11). On ribbons (9) the stops (12) also are fixed for interaction with restoring springs (13), located in coaxial with sockets (2), and installed in a series, sockets (14). On a segment of the heel part of the sole (1), in crossly located relatively to grooves (8) socket (15) the rod (16) is installed, executed as a shank, in the rotary shape relatively to its axis, one of its ends appears from limits of the sole and has a device for cohesion with removable handhold (17). The rod (16) is installed in the socket (15) with capability of restricted longitudinal course and is spring-loaded by the spring (18). The unit of fixing of rod (16) is executed by way of elastic plate (19), hard-fixed in the body of the sol (1) and fixed on shank-like rod (16), shoulder (20), which is installed at the working end of persistent plate (19), at the same time distance between the shoulder (20) and back side of persistent plate (19), in direction of course of the shank, is less than lengths of a restricted longitudinal course of the rod (16). The link of shank-like rod (16) with elastic ribbons (9) according to offered anti-slider is possible for realizing by two following fulfillments of the rod unit. According to first of them, the rod unit is executed as fixed on elastic ribbons (9) rack bars (21) and interacting with them cog-wheels (22), installed on shank-like rod (16). On the second fulfillment the rod unit is executed in the shape of a cable (23), which ones end is hard-fixed on joining an elastic ribbon (9), transversal slat (24), and the other is attached to shank-like rod (16). For preventing an inverse course of moved out and spring-loaded creepers (4) and reliable fixing of composite details of anti-slider, the sockets (2), (14) and (15) are supplied with covers (in figures not shown), which are hard fasten to the body of indicated sockets.
The forming of sole or platform with presented construction of anti-slider is expedient for realizing by assembly in the shape of the sole previously manufactured and completed by
necessary details, sockets (2), (14) and (15), filling of free space of the shape by the relevant material with its consequent vulcanization or solidification. In grooves (8) of formed sole or platform elastic springs (9) are set, then sockets (2), (14) and (15) are closed by covers (in figures not shown), joined with a body of sockets by hard link. Offered anti- slider of footwear works in the following way.
For moving out of creepers (4) from holes (3) of the sole (1), is necessary to uplift a foot, to install on appearing from the sole (1) end of the pusher (16) removable handhold (17), to turn it in a direction opposite to direction of efforts, explicated by restoring springs (13). Turning together with shank-like rod (16) cog-wheels (22) (1-th design version) or winded on shank-like rod (16) cables (2-th design version) reduce in linear shift of accordingly rack bars (21) and transversal slat (24) and, hence, to the displacement of elastic ribbons (9) with protuberances (10). The inclined segments (11) of protuberances (10) enter in contact to surface of flat springs (5) and gradually lower them, and installed in cuts (6) creepers (4) are advanced from holes (3). The moving out is prolonged so long as parallel to an elastic ribbon (9) rectilinear segments of protuberances (10) do not go into inconvertible contact to segments of flat springs (5), overlapped clasping the heads of creepers (4). Simultaneously with moving out of creepers (4), leads up the unit of fixing of the rod (16), namely: fixed on shank-like rod (16) shoulder (20) turning and uplifting the working end of an elastic persistent plate (19), in the particular moment go out from contact with it. The elastic persistent plate (19), having liberated from contact to the shoulder (20), returns in the home position, blocks inverse rotational displacement of the shoulder and fixes creepers (4) in the moving out position. If necessary return the creepers (4) in a home position it is necessary to uplift a foot and on appearing from limits of the sole end of rod (16) to make an effort (to press or to pull out depending on position of springs (18)) in the direction of a restricted longitudinal course of rod (16). At the same time the shoulder (20), displacing on a back of an elastic persistent plate (19) and reached to its edge, slide down from it and under simultaneous effect of efforts of springs (13) and (18), and returns in the home position.
On repeated using of anti-slider operations are repeated in the same sequence, as it was described above.
In described above example of particular execution, the restoring spring (13) and spring (18) of the rod (16) are executed by way of separate devices, but it is possible to unite these two functions through one cocked spring (18), which ones ends are fixed accordingly in the body of sole (1) and rod (16).
