Abstract

The invention relates to an advertising element which is used to cover surfaces and to protect the feet of persons using changing rooms. The inventive element comprises connected laminar parts which are made from materials having different characteristics. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a non-skid lower base surface, an impermeable intermediary zone and an absorbent upper zone with a pleasant-to-touch texture, which is tear resistant and which enables the graphic printing of text and drawings thereon. The invention also comprises two die-cut shapes which can be detached in order to form two easy-to-assemble disposable shoes. The aforementioned assembly, as well as each individual disposable shoe, can be used as an advertising medium and to prevent any direct contact between a user's bare feet and the floor, such that the user can change his/her clothes safely particularly in unhygienic, dirty or wet environments, such as changing rooms and similar.

Description

Advertising element for surface coating and foot protection for changing room users.
The Invention Patent, referred to in this Report, is intended to guarantee the exclusive exploitation and ownership of a non-slip personal safety element and hygienic foot protection, intended for use in locker rooms or public places, normally used so that, on this one, the users change clothes, of low cost and with a surface specially designed to be used, in addition, like advertising support with monouso and disposable character.
At the moment the users of the changing rooms have to change clothes directly on the surface of the floor or, in some cases, on elements lattices of thick plastic, which is not hygienic for the person since, although the surface is cleaned regularly, It is usually the case that the person begins to change in an area where immediately before another user has finished changing with the inconvenience of leaving the wet area, dirty by the sole of his shoes or in the worst case leaving a focus of infections for the feet, so frequent in the changing rooms. Today there are disposable carpets, but none of them have been designed and developed to meet the aforementioned requirements, since they cover needs individually, such as moisture absorption, non-slip surfaces, but mostly developed for outdoor areas , and not for changing rooms where the person is with bare feet. Normally, users of changing rooms use their own shoes to be able to change, on top of them, without coming into contact with the floor of the dressing room, which is not at all comfortable since they end up doing true balance exercises on them as well as efforts to prevent the pants, skirt or garment worn by the person, come into contact with the wet or dirty floor.
En los dibujos:With the same objective, a widely used resource is to place a shirt or towel on the surface and change over, or get on a bench, if any, but none of these resources are hygienic or safe solutions since, sometimes, The banks used in changing rooms are as dirty as the floor because people change without protection on them, apart from the danger of falling from it when changing. On the other hand, the dirt of the wet surfaces can penetrate the fabric of the garment or towel, as they are not waterproof, reaching the user's skin, so a good subsequent cleaning of the garments will be required to eliminate possible common infections. in locker rooms such as mushrooms, herpes, papillomas, athlete's feet, etc. Another circumstance that usually occurs in changing rooms in general, is that the user forgets to bring their shoes to shower and walk inside the enclosure, which causes a delicate situation if he chooses to shower and change with bare feet, since it would remain unprotected against possible infections and dirt on the floor of the locker room. Therefore, a solution has been devised in which, given its condition In particular, hygienic and personal protection is guaranteed, as well as comfort, by using the invention object of the description and its use as advertising support guarantees economic profitability. The invention consists of the union of two or more surfaces with different textures and materials and that consists of a waterproof and non-slip area that would be in contact with the ground and an absorbent upper area, with tear resistance and pleasant touch that would be put in contact with the user's skin during use and that could contain an advertising message printed. In addition, this surface is stamped with the outline of two templates with side strips with which you can get two disposable slippers that are easy to assemble that allow the user to put on a shower and move inside the wardrobe safely. In order to better understand the scope of this invention, we will describe it on the accompanying drawings in which a design of the same has materialized, given by way of example and without limitation. In the drawings:
2 muestra el invento en disposición para ser usado como superficie yFig. 1 shows the base design of the surface coating device with two distinct zones or layers and drawn die. Fig. 2 shows the invention in disposition to be used as a surface and
Fig. 3 shows one of the sandals that can be obtained from the protective surface. We can verify that, in the drawings we have, represented by (a) the area or lower layer of non-slip base and light material and waterproof, (b) the upper area of absorbent material, with tear and light resistance, (c) Advertising printing on the material, (d) die cut contour for removal of disposable shoes and (e) area with adhesive for the placement of the sneakers.
Con esta disposición, es fácil de aplicar en vestuarios ya sean colectivos o cabinas individuales..With this provision, it is easy to apply in changing rooms, whether collective or individual cabins.
This invention, given its slight cost due to its single and disposable character, can be delivered free of charge at the entrance of the changing rooms.
Its upper surface with printed advertising messages allows to cover production costs, not discarding its commercialization in sports or leisure stores or departments, supermarkets, large areas, etc., being issued in the form of rolls that facilitate its transport and commercialization.
In the changing rooms, the distribution method could be carried out by means of the dispensers generally used in the market for paper and the like, the provision of a collection tank for the elements already used being ideal, so that they could be recycled, thus trying to contribute to the preservation of existing natural resources.
The invention allows users to change clothes over a wide, non-slip, absorbent, soft and, above all, hygienically safe surface, allowing displacement, in case the user needs to wear the die-cut shoes (d) included in the design. However, the upper absorbent surface can be impregnated with fungicidal substances that improve preventive capacity and prevent unwanted diseases on the feet of users. The material used in the realization of the invention, object of the present specification, should be light, of the non-woven type and similar to paper and that allows printing in its upper absorbent area of advertising messages.
Within the essence of the invention, the detail variant fits, also protected, and thus the number of layers of absorbent material, method of joining the different layers, orientation and dimension of the die for the shoes and, of course, any of the dimensions and matters in which it is carried out.
