Abstract

A public access vehicle system and method of use is described. The system may include a number of vehicles, a number of automated check-out units and a central computer system operatively coupled to the automated check-out units and the vehicles for monitoring use of the system in real-time. The system may also include demand predicting software opertively coupled to the central computer and the automated check-out units to insure a high degree of vehicle accessibility and dependability.
